This is the best hasbro marvel legends 6 inch wolverine figure so far. The cell shading is not a problem at all. It looks perfectly fine when you put it side by side with other marvel legends figures.
In my opinion, the animated series version is the best Wolverine. Nice figure, nice articulation. 👍🏼

When I opened mine, i thought I bought it from Ebay used haha Im going to miss the plastic that keeps the figure and accessories together.

This figure completed my need for Wolverines in my collection. I have 8 Hasbro Wolvies now and this completes all of his truly iconic comic/cartoon looks.
I used a magic eraser, non acidic nail polish remover and a lot of Q-tips to remove the shading.
Hey MCUC24 👋, good review. He looks pretty cool compared to other Wolverine figures and is very reminiscent of Jim Lee's art and 90s X-MEN cartoons.

Bone Claws Wolverine is my favorite.
I just got mine today!👍👍👍👍👍 At Big Bad Toy Store on the see through packaging you have the Standard or Collector Grades. But like these new packages you won't be able to tell like you said. Still going to buy 2, which ever is in box with that head stays in box and display the other loose head sculpt. I'm out of room too!
Mcucollector24, I wish I could get this wolverine figure because I love this figure a lot. I think this figure is the best wolverine figure that Hasbro has released IMO. I do have the x force black and light blue version from the wendigo wave but I've always wanted a good tiger striped wolverine action figure. Do y'all have any recommendations? I think I might get it from Amazon since it's there.

Not going to lie, I love X-MEN the animated series because I loved how the Jim Lee designs are brought to life but in animation, Even though I don't collect animated figures from Marvel Legends, I gotta say Wolverine looks awesome with the head sculpts along with the new claws, As always, Great review Bryant.

Got mine a few days ago. Have yet to open it.
I already have a complete set of the Blue and Gold teams, so I'm only buying Morph from this line.
My favorite is the love triangle Wolverine, I thought they did a really good job on the bone claws.

I like the plastic for stocking so you can see and keep its value. Ya with a box I can display the box but I've opened it and now value went down
Mine will arrive today but for the grabbing hands they could have used bigger hands like the ones of the shield agents or Deadpool... yeah agree his arms should have hair. Really loving this figure heck Wolverine since its my favourite X-Me but prefer the bonebreaker due no undies 😅

I hope Hasbro takes another crack at Astonishing-era Wolverine with this body. I would also love for Hasbro to tackle the Morrison "New" era looks, though I'd imagine White Queen from then would need to be a con exclusive, as even I think her outfit from then would not be very retailer friendly. 😅
Good review but I have a question does this wolverine have those gold eyes? aren't they supposed to be white?
I have both tiger stripe versions that were previously released, one i will display masked, one unmasked hanging out with his buddy Deadpool, so i don't really need this. It is good though that Hasbro re-issued this figure as it is a popular character. Nice figure for people that missed out on the other tiger stripe Wolverines.

I would have preferred no cell shading, but he does look good. If Hasbro could repaint him without cell shading, I'd definitely buy him, but on the fence here. Jubilee looks pretty bad though, and I'm sticking with the version I have already.
I like him he looks cool I just like the new waist crunch way better than the hinge the new one like on the new retro spiderman and Ben figures is so much better

Never noticed how much fatter his hands look, maybe it’s just the new claw inserts but they look bigger than the old ones.
This is pretty nice and the shading is not nearly as egregious as I initially thought. I was actually this 🤏 close to getting this one until I saw a picture of him next to 20th Cap. He just looked too much like a cartoon for me, not bad definitely passable, but a bit too bright for my comic shelf.

@@MCUcollector24 😂 yeah sorry I should’ve been more clear, I was hoping to use him as my tiger stripe Wolverine for my comic X-Men but he’s just a little too bright for me personally. Which is the point and as I’ve seen more and more pictures of this sub-line they definitely accomplished their goal. They’re definitely accurate to what they’re trying to be I just wanted a new ‘90s Wolverine.
I’m sure one will come eventually
