Welcome to a tour of the most luxurious and spacious villa in town! This stunning five bedroom villa boasts an impressive 8,600 square feet of living space, spread out over a plot of 8,200 square feet. As you can see, every inch of this villa has been expertly designed to maximize its potential, with no wasted space.
As we enter the villa, we are greeted by a spacious living and dining area, perfect for entertaining guests. The living room is slightly isolated, as is often the case with villas, and we will take a closer look at it later on in the tour. The dining area, on the other hand, is quite large and can comfortably seat all of your friends and family.
One of the standout features of this villa is its two kitchens. The first, which we will refer to as the show kitchen, is ideal for preparing cocktails and snacks. It even has a material faucet, although unfortunately there is no alcohol on hand. This kitchen is perfect for those who don't want the smells and sounds of cooking to disturb the main living areas of the villa. There is also a heavy door that can be closed to separate the show kitchen from the rest of the villa.
The second kitchen, which is located just off the main living and dining area, is a full-fledged cooking space. It is well-equipped with all of the appliances and gadgets you need to prepare a gourmet meal for you and your guests.
As if all of this wasn't enough, this villa also boasts a refreshing swimming pool, complete with a sitting area for lounging and soaking up the sun. All of the rooms in the villa are open and bright, making it feel airy and welcoming.

Another question mate...can Sobha developer re-arrange/modifie/redesign interior/exterior of villa according to any buyer's preferences, or is developer guided by certain bounderies...
Exemple: Change pool layout, redesign kitchen with upmarket appliances (Gaggenau/Miele), rebuild the upstairs terrace to fit extra bathroom or study...
Or is it up to buyer to outsource these modification.
I am not sure what can or can not do Sobha developer.
