1. it can be spread of multiple properties as long as the property value is Aed 2M (for 10 years visa) 2.yes there can be two names on property . husband and wife are considered one unit, so property investment can be 2 m aed. 3. yes as long as you have a will in place internationally which mentions UAE properties or one registered in UAE. Or it will be as per Sharia law for Muslims.

Hi, the cost of 10 years golden visa is approximately aed 9,800 and 2 years is aed 10,400 . You need to factor in 2 years visa renewal needs to be done every 2 years so effectively that would cost way more then 10 years as the renewal charges on 2 years visa is approximately aed 7,800 every 2 years .
@@ZebaMajithia One cannot apply for an Investor Visa or a Golden Visa unless they hold the 'Title Deed'. And getting a 'Title Deed' is only possible after the settlement of the full amount of the property, correct? So I don't see any incentive for the investors by removing the AED 1M down payment because anyways he/she will not get a Golden Visa until and unless the full amount is settled and has the Title Deed in hand.
@@TravAlligator no that is not true - you can obtain golden visa even once you have received the ooqood copy (which is a pre title deed) and is given after the SPA (sale purchase agreement) . so you dont have to wait for property completion inorder to obtain title deed , you can do way before. Not only that you can even obtain on a mortgaged property.

You mentioned that if an employee earns 30000 AED they could qualify for the golden visa - is this applicable for only UAE residents or Non residents as well? Do CEOs or other senior executives qualify in special abilities?
