Always pray two rakat of repentance, I took months for me I felt guilty I hated keeping asking Allah for forgiveness but finally after 6 years of being heavily addicted Allah helped me stop, it’s from shaytan, I used to get triggered and fall into it by a small thing, you have to keep repenting to Allah and improve your 5 daily prayers, there are times I never thought I would never stop, after failing for so many years and so many Ramadan’s, do not not give up on yourself, I wish I had stoped earlier I took too much damage and I’m afraid how it’s going to be effect my marriage in 7 years

@@noelmcdonald2605 it will seriously impact your brain. Besides that it will cause you to have sexual issues later on when you get narried. You'll have hair loss. I can go on and on. You'll feel tired all the time. But the earlier you stop the better
Try to go gym, out door games . To help you build health back and also mind

When we look at the addiction rather then the feelings, emotions, mentality, psychology driving the addiction.. we seek to change a behavior that is rooted in mind set and lack of heart for the person being watched. Its the idea that the person is deminished in valuee “they are JUST, there for my addiction” disregards that persons position and how they feel or what they believe themselves worthy of..
we havd to stop trying to change/alter the addiction in behavior.. and change how the person thinks about the individuals they are watching alongside if that were their mothers, sister, brother.. if they could wait and Not condition their body to respond to a hand and that Imagry.. their eventual life would not include this..
Addiction treatments arent working because We tell them “we are powerless” we arent.. we are answerless and becoming more flesh bound.. rather then see the addiction and behavior as a response of finding simple instant gratifications (like monkeys) rather then being able to have long term through short goal wins.. Understanding and Recognition of our humanity of ourselves and for others.

I used to play games for 8-6 hours per day when I was 15-18 now only 40 minutes to 1 hour and sometimes I don’t play games for weeks ❤❤❤😂

No its not, because the addict is still addicted even after marriage. So people with such an addiction shouldnt go marrying because the marriage will fail. Fist you have to get ride out of it and than go marry. Go and ask all experts in this case they will tell you the same.
