This resonated with me. You’re absolutely correct Chris. I can feel bad and anxious every time I smoke for the rest of my life or I can feel bad and anxious for a few weeks after I quit and be done with it. For some reason this made more sense to me personally and seemed to click in my head - thank you for your continued support for those of us out here still struggling and making us ask ourselves the tough questions and to just quit smoking and move on with our lives. Your videos are so helpful to me.
Every decision we make has a consequence...love this line Chris because this will be of great help the next time the addiction tells me to "smoke just one more...won't matter much".
Thanks Chris! I thought these were older vid's when I found you. I stopped smoking after 30 years because I had to pass a no nicotine test for a new job. I vaped zero mg. vape for one week. Not a lot of baď withdraws. I passed my test this a.m. Bought a pack on the way home. Smoked about 6 cigs! And it hurt! Physically! I'm gunna really focus on quitting nicotine forever! I'm ready! See ya Sat. live stream in March! All the while watching your videos! Love them! Thanks! Jen
Thanks for making these video Chris… I’m 19 days nicotine free and really struggling with the stress and anxiety aspect.. doing really good through the triggers/cravings/urges.. do you think it will be better on the 30 day mark?
Biggest mistake I ever made, was to quit smoking. I got fat. I gained 140 pounds overnight. So I went back to 2 packs a day. I don't care a hoot about the problems of smoking, if it keeps my weight down. If you're interested in the details, read my comments on other You Tube videos about quitting smoking
Hi, It all depends on how long you been smoking for. Others may take from 3 months minimum up to 5 years maximum struggling through anxiety. It is normal thing to experience if you have made up your mind to quit. Good luck
