      I agree...there was a group of kids who used to pick on me in highschool...id say maybe 20-25 kids...and it really changed my life alot...I systematically hunted each one of them down and abducted them in thier sleep and took one of thier fingers..each in a different way..like one whole finger or like half..each one had a specific meaning to me about why they picked on me...once it was done they were all too scared to pick on anyone. Just goes to show that you don't ever need to justify yourself...or go through the psychological process of healing because others don't think they can hurt you..all you need is some tactical education and a good set of surgical tools and the ability to sew to make the point. Whats the point? I dunno..why don't you ask your finger where the point is? That's the point...dont make a point to point out what's in your head that will not prosper or profit you in any real way unless you mean to kill me or hurt me with words. Never. So I start high-school next year..and I hope this story will help others. (I'm only kidding...but im sure this is the fantasy of every picked on pc nerd. I think bullies are everywhere..I think facts are bully profit...I think successful people are obvious bullies. I think celebrities..are bullies...and I know...for a fact...that our goverment and our capitalist system and democracy...are built on accepting bullying and abusing others...and thats not a made up story..thats the truth...ive known that a long long time...if adults can't commit to kill thier children and instead abuse them by spanking them and messing up thier lives and minds...then bullying will acceptable..because if words can pass as abuse enough..it will stand..and it does stand..alot of people spit and retract or retrace and correct...to be responsible and expose the problem..some have even addressed the problem..but it doesn't ever end...everything is a point against everyone for anything.thats life! Skateboarding is the same way and that's used against you too..its something you "love" but it's not...its YOU...that board ain't alive homie...its you doing that...and you fall and get mad hurt! For nothing...a something you believe is a point for you..."oh you're not a loser bum..youre a "skater" oh I totally understand why you're broke and dirty and stink and have sub values...because you can kickflip...I see...oh it's more important when you do it over or down something...oh you have profit margins like a crossword puzzle..I get it." See thats not something people are gonna accept...you can do the same thing with jesus."..sure it's awful to be mocked and abused for your beliefs and opinions and political views...worse to be killed for them..sure...yeah but that was 2000+ years ago...I can do what I want." Same thing..its every where...but they've beat the system...they don't need words..its included in the facts...and facets to make a product and production...can't start the car without they keys...can't go to the beach without a Towel...gotta shave for work...gotta have insurance in case of a flood or fire you may die in..wear a helmet in case you break your arm....gotta go off grid..with my cellphone 10 battery boxes a flat-screen and an ikea mini couch and my range rover..im "roughing it"...youre either a part of something or you're not..all nature requires is that you kill in most cases...get hard..get lean...get tough...forget about eating for fullness or mass..just eat to survive and not go mad or die...but when you get to that lowest most abnormal to modern level of existance..and you go back to modernity..you just find it's making itself out to be the minority...and its not...the world makes it seem like nature is so immature and being a survivalist and a predator is unattractive unless it's for success or sex or style...and its not supposed to attractive...its supposed to be a means to an end..and a statement about the society and goverment being rediculous...I should not have to 25 passwords memorized for my day to go right...I should not have to choose between a bad product with a trending notoriety vs a good product with an imaginatively fatal wound for a price..thats what you pay for by the way when you buy stuff...its like zelda....imaginary enhanced weapons tools and potions...sure you can get that real sword...but one poke on anybody and you're in real jail...but..you can have this phony dope light Saber for use once a year on Halloween for the Xtra lo price of...too much and why even? But anyways..even if you get the point..theres nothing you can do except treat life like a mission and survive it for the sake of finances which puts you right back in the same place...doing too much...to get so little back and not doing enough to get ahead because risk is a possible payoff. Nothing you can do...the standards have overcome being a system...now it's a host and parasite kind of thing...skateboarding...ha..who cares.

    Over the years I've realized just how important the filmer is. A good filmer can be a difference between landing or not landing a trick. He's there with you,and as a skater you have to know that this man want's this clip just as much as you do. Skater and a filmer have to be on the same wave. And you as a filmer,you have to know when to shut up,when to focus,when to cheer him up,when to motivate him,when to tell him to stop being a pussy etc... So all you skaters out there,appriciate your filmer. Sometimes they love skateboarding more then the skaters.

    • @orlandocarrasquillo4481
      @orlandocarrasquillo4481 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Not just the filmer it's anyone behind the scenes in skateboarding can really take the brunt of all the negativity especially with the worst attitudes that skateboarding can have with some people. There are definitely a goof amount of spoiled, entitled, violent and criminal types in the scene. Some tend to either grow up one day or hide themselves in the scene til the bitter end. Look at the man who sold the world doc to get an idea of how young teen and adult skaters can be. Not to mention old baker videos and the marketing of bad attitudes and whatever else. Of course, it's not all skaters just remember that's it is there like any other scene or culture.

    • @full6330name
      @full6330name 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @@orlandocarrasquillo4481 Watched that documentary 10+ years ago. Is a good one. In my opinion Baker didn't show bad attitude. At least not in a way the bad attitude is being talked about here. Baker boys were a group. They never teased Beagle for example. If anything,they were very inclusive. Shane Heyl got along the ride simply cuz he's a homie. In general people overreact to the whole early Baker thing. They were kinda like a rock band in their prime. A little to much partying and that's it... What later happend with people like Shane Cross,P-Stone,Van Wastell etc. was no on their team.
      Also,Carroll and Rosenberg were very very young when this happend. They were kids pretty much. Carroll grew up in a broken home with no father and a mother who ren away with her boyfriend and left Greg and Mike behind alone in the house. On top of that he was a 17 year old skater,who was already a household name with a ton of attention on him. He had to feel that pressure while nobody told him how to deal with it.... I was friends with people who got a tiny tiny bit of success in sports while they were in high school and right away they got a HUGE head. And they had some guidance. Now imagine the skateboarding industry in the early 90's and being a 17 year old kid who's on top. I'm suprised more bad stuff didn't happen...

      @@orlandocarrasquillo4481 Really ? How was their image any diffrent from the likes of Jim Greco,Dustin Dollin or even Ali Boulala who was pretty much a baker boy ? Simply because TK and Antwuan are black that doesn't change anything. TK specialy was doing great while he was with Baker. His problems started when he got off the team. Antwuan also had some real problems,he was constantly running into trouble and what was Baker supposed to do ? Act as if that's not happening ? The same way early Baker was like a rock band,the same way were Dixon and TK like rap/hip-hop superstars and I don't see anything taking them down. But please stop saying it was any different just cuz they are black. Theotis was not acting out,so he was not portrayed in that light. Some with Cyiril Jackson,Donta Hill or even Kader now...

    i once had the opportunity to skate in cali with guy mariano and Gino. They asked us where we wanted to go skate, we could meet up with Mike Carroll at some school or go to the girl warehouse and skate the park in the back. They both said MC is a fucking asshole and most likely wouldnt acknowledge our existence so we chose to go to the girl park. It was an unbelievable experience. We had the park to ourselves for a while and then Gino and Mariano came in to skate with us and then Enrique Lorenzo and a few other famous dudes showed up to skate. Marc Johnson showed up and it was interesting seeing some of the famous people look at him like holy shit its him. Mariano and Gino didnt give a shit but the rest of them were in awe. He walked through the warehouse and peeked into the park before going to the office to speak to whoever was in there and didnt say hi to a single person. I dont mean me, some random asshole lucky to be there, i mean famous skaters.

    Also, we all have choices. Jacob could’ve just up and left and Mike didn’t have to do that, but it happened. Again, we all have choices and this was a decision that they both made.
