Watch can only be a accurate as the training it sees. My Garmin was 30% lower than my actual but I do mostly zone 2 training and it doesn't have much to work with.
I dont have access to vo2max testing facilty, however i did use a 12min run test (Cooper Test) conversion to vo2max with some calculation formula, and the result value is the same with Coros estimation.
Crazy speed at the end of the test, unreal!
Not sure how I stayed on there 😂
The Treadmill Sounds AND THE MUSIC Vibe together nicely ! LOL
Doesn’t it 😍
70 vo2max and you are not thin as kenyans. What a beast
I was surprised 🙌🏻
Fun test, vo2 over 70 is insane I did a apple watch test and it was 48.2, made it to 50 in early October.
Wow 70 is crazy hight elite TH-cam runners have about 65 which is surprising low.
@@Bwebber99 nice work 👍🏼
@@steventownley3342 It may be high but I’m not efficient enough to run at the speeds those guys do 🙌🏻 So I’ve got a lot of work to do

That is true. But I’ve worn this for multiple races and sessions. It makes sense that a lab will be more accurate though 🙌🏻
