    True story.
I make and send cards to Love for the Elderly Organization. Had just gotten a gelli plate and needed ideas quick, fast, and in a hurry.
Mostly because I had No idea on how to use a gelli to help me create cards.
    Found your video.
Long story short- I've gotten tons of mileage out of this.
    Thank you so much.

Laurel, you are amazing!! I purchased a gel plate awhile ago after I'd seen a few examples of the cool cards you can make with it, but haven't ventured using it yet. I kind of had no idea how to even begin, but seeing you just go for it & ending up with a couple I thought I'd throw away, you ended up making so many cards that my mouth was very nearly hanging open. lol You've given me a much better idea of how to get started & just loosen up & go with the flow. Thanks so much! Congrats to Ardyth, Kathya & Jenny!

I absolutely love my gel press! I remember when I first heard of them I thought I wouldn't want one. HA! I don't even know how many I have. 5? LOL. I have begun doing some of your quick card hacks. The other day I made 235 sentiments. I was sick of it by afternoon, but I have several to choose from now: black ink on white, white embossed on black cardstock, and gold embossed on white cardstock. I need to cut down my gel prints soon, and then maybe do some with some stencils and stuff, too, in order to have those ready to go. You have inspired me so much! Thank you!

Man oh man...I can’t wait to pull out my plate today! I purchased one months ago and I’ve made so many prints. Some I liked some I loved some I hated and simply don’t know what to do with. Also, I’ve made numerous tools. Stuff like, stamps (made w “trash”) and old napkin rings and different sizes of plastic cups (I’ve made some cool “bubbles” w those) and lots of pieces of fabric and things for texture. I have stencils but most are small and my plate is 12”x14”. The small stencils simply aren’t giving me the effect I wanted. So, it’s been about 4-5 weeks since I last used it. I HATED what I ended up w! After watching your tutorial not only have I realized the amazing stencils I can make w my Cricut but you’ve also shown me what I can do to save the work I last made. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the prints you pulled! Thank you for the inspiration I desperately needed. Apologizes for the wordiness of my comment....i’m just so excited to make some large stencils and start pulling up some art! Thank you for sharing your process:)
