Thanks for these helpful videos. Which places are most walkable? PDC looks really walkable but AWA in Playacar looks amazing - but maybe you’d have to have a car to live there? What about some of the other quieter/upscale neighborhoods are walkable such that you wouldn’t need a car (if any.)
