it is so obvious that Clark wasn't even trying to fight, all clark was doing was talking to Connor. If Clark was truly fighting and using his full potential Connor wouldn't even stand a chance
clark isn't made for hurting or killing people he is defend the people who are simply weak he never tries to hurt people only in self defence if you watched the show you actually would understand
I wasn't too sure, Connor said to Lois he was stronger than Clark - of course it might've been just some bragging to impress her, but then again Clark said it himself that Connor was learning much faster than he did. But on the other hand Connor was lacking of the experience Clark had, so altogether I also think Clark would win in a serious fight. Though it might not be as clear if Connor would have more time to develop his abilities.
This was such an awesome callback to the season 3 premiere when a super powered Jonathan had to battle an out of control Clark on red k and it was pretty cool to see him in that situation trying to convince a corrupted Connor to come home with him. An awesome scene that brings everything full circle.
This portrayal of kryptonite was susceptible to high heat, like when Clark transformed normal kryptonite into black kryptonite by heating it to 1000 degrees.
That is where you're wrong buddy.. Red Kryptonite alters the mind NOT the body.. simply put, don't compare red with either green or black kryptonite xD
Clark wasn't trying at all he was clearly trying to talk Connor into taking the ring off when he realized it wasn't going to happen he decided playtime was over and took the ring of Connor by force in seconds.
you're thinking about fully powered clark (adult-superman), as a child he believed he was human as a teen he never fully accepted the fact he is an alien so he had mental blocks, plus before his body was finished growing his body wasn't as efficient at processing solar radiation-so he doesn't absorb yellow as well but red doesn't drain him as quick(the red sun thing is just a theory, message what you think about it)
When Connor holds Lois hostage in this episode, she says to him that she's seen Clark on red kryptonite but he was never as nasty as Connor when he's on it, due to his Lex DNA. However, she has never seen Clark on red kryptonite ever. She saw him on it once in "Crimson", but it was in an altered state as she was affected by red kryptonite lipstick, and had memory loss when its effects subsided afterward. Therefore, it's possible she should tell Connor that "I've heard of Clark on red k" as opposed to "seen", but it's also entirely possible, and I think actually more plausible, that she's saying she's seen Clark on red k, in an attempt to really get through to Connor due to implying she's seen the effects first-hand. So, to conclude, despite my initial implication, I think her statement should stay the same. She could mention she altered the truth a little to try to get through to Connor, to Clark in the episode's events' aftermath.
Kung-fu Badger prolly cause he’s not 100% kryptonian and his human side wasn’t making him as sick as it would a pure kryptonian. For him it’s prolly like a discomfort feeling then it was for like Clark who basically felt like he was dying
Nah what happen was that clark wasn't aiming for the kryptonite and it was made in a jewelry so when heat vision hit it it reflect a light that blind him
well conner has got some of lex prickness and some of clark powers in some way he has the rage of lex and the powers of clark that meaks him a good superhero to read about
Looks like Clark gets another change to be Lex friend since connor is Lex clone. some of Clark personality may be blended in with Lex personality. Remember Lex was a good guy for a ittle awhile. He dose seem to kind the act like how Lex did in the earlier season.
Say to them: As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but in the wicked turning from his way, and living. Convert, convert from your evil ways; for why shall ye die, O house of Israel?
at the 52-54 second marks, you can see the bottom of the fake wall bounce back and forth slightly. hehe Good luck un-seeing that!..Sorry to troll you!!
Why didn't the destroyal of the kryptonite hurt Clark further? Gas was clearly released from the rock, and the shattered pieces should have seriously hurt him, by puncturating his skin.
coner kent is only half kriptionon so he only hs a fraction of clarkes strenth i know clarc didnt wont to fight him but he shouldnt been throun around like that
you know i have to idea for two guys who can play connor kent Jake Abel from lovely bones who can play the fighter kind or liam hermsworth who play the guy who hate being in someone shadow in hunger games
Because he’s trying not hurt Conner but talk him down. Clearly Clark is way stronger n more experienced since he ended the fight quickly when Conner wouldn’t listen!
Superman Superboy Supergirl family of Krypton in the dog Superdog like Krypto like Kevin he loves all the superheroes holy years in Generations being ancestors Man of Steel boy of Steel girl of Steel dog of Steel is save the planet Earth the rest of the people
"You're coming home with me".
It's deja vu. He speaks and smashes the ring the way Jonathan did back then. Like father like son :)
Well technically he smashed the ring himself when he was going up against his dad. Sorry I know I'm really late
I like to think in the 2020 crisis on infinite earths event Conner is the new superman so Clark could gave up his powers to have kids and retired.
That’s a really smart thought, I think I just might have to adopt that as my headcanon now!
I really like this idea. I never liked that he just gave everything up so this would make sense
when clark says "your coming home with me" that's the same thing jonathan said to clark when he was on red k in season 3
you make it sound like drug
@@katk426 it technically is
Right
@@katk426 that's silver k
Dude i literally don’t remember superboy being in this show lol

@@Fenixias clark assorbed many more solar radiation, fast learning is irrelavant there.
@@KentPetersonmoney not relevant even that, with their power the only thing that matter is the quantity.
This makes me so happy with the reference back to Jonathan. His father's son. :)

It's just like when Jonathan was bringing Clark home
The way clark just gets up even after his thrown like a rag doll shows supermans strength 💪🏾
Yeah, shatter the lump of kryptonite so it blasts tiny shards which will embed themselves in Clark's skin, impossible to get out. Good job kid. A+.
Kara did the same
William Hahn Also when linale hit him with the kryptanite some of it could of chiped of or some dust could of gotten on clark where he hit him at
This portrayal of kryptonite was susceptible to high heat, like when Clark transformed normal kryptonite into black kryptonite by heating it to 1000 degrees.

Yeah when Connor punched Clark you can see it didn't hurt him
Like Father Like Son,
Jonathan originally did a scene just like this one
omg clark is gonna be a great father
you're thinking about fully powered clark (adult-superman), as a child he believed he was human as a teen he never fully accepted the fact he is an alien so he had mental blocks, plus before his body was finished growing his body wasn't as efficient at processing solar radiation-so he doesn't absorb yellow as well but red doesn't drain him as quick(the red sun thing is just a theory, message what you think about it)
if lex luthor and clark kent had a baby
Yeah
Literally the worst Superboy casting i ever seen XD
@@shadowrevenant8665 To be fair, he wasn't originally cast as Superboy.
Season 10 is fan service done correctly

He is a half clone of lex so he might behave the way Lex would if he was on red k.
Or... Clark one night went: hey Lois, I'd like to get high with you, do you mind? It'll be fun.
do anybody else think this is a homage to the Clark vs Johnathan fight in Ep 1 & 2 of Season 3?
youso91 4 years late but yes
Not at all, totally unrelated
like father like son
I don't understand how did Connor Shoot Kryptonite but when Clark did it first time he lost his eye sight.
Kung-fu Badger prolly cause he’s not 100% kryptonian and his human side wasn’t making him as sick as it would a pure kryptonian. For him it’s prolly like a discomfort feeling then it was for like Clark who basically felt like he was dying
Because the producers forgot about that
Nah what happen was that clark wasn't aiming for the kryptonite and it was made in a jewelry so when heat vision hit it it reflect a light that blind him
@Kung-fu Badger That's because clark used small amounts of heat, whereas Conner used a full power heat blast.
The kryptonite was made into jewelry aka reflective in that case, that’s why the heat vision reflected back green into his eyes.
I wish we had a series of Connor in smallville
Yeah with a better cast member -_-
Do you watch Young Justice? They are doing great things with his character and personal life
kind of payback after how Clark treated his sister in the season before this. Was nice seeing another kryptonian use the red ring for once.
2:43 Who else laughed when Lionel thought Conner was gonna fry him?
I got lost somewhere at Season 9, but I watched the rest of Smallville. Loved that damn show.
Clark stop pulling your punches damnit! He can handle it! Stop letting people Sun you in your own Show!
Man i love this show ❤😄❤🤗❤
Connor only took down Clark because he didn't want to hurt him. As you can see when Clark man handles him to end the fight.
I don't get it, Connor is half-Kryptonian and teenager, but he can take down a full adult Kryptonian?
Must be the Rosenbaum genetics...
DarthRushy Clark was faking the man handling. There's no way Connor has enough strength to actually take down Clark.
I love this scene is the best
well conner has got some of lex prickness and some of clark powers in some way he has the rage of lex and the powers of clark that meaks him a good superhero to read about

Um, hello? Clark forgets all about Lois? Nice!
I would forget about Lois too, if I could bring home Connor. He’s a hottie!

Interesting how Connor is wearing the SUPERMAN Earth one clothes from the Earth one series
at the 52-54 second marks, you can see the bottom of the fake wall bounce back and forth slightly. hehe Good luck un-seeing that!..Sorry to troll you!!
It's very subtle but the whole standing part of the broken wall shifts slightly back and forth.
Conner is wrong, he and Clark have very much in common.
The Next Actor To Play Kon el or Conner Kent AKA Superboy Will be Nick Robinson as Superboy Kon el.
is that Lucas Gambrell from high school musical?
i'm sure glad he didn't blind himself because that would have been bad
