Hey, I notice the same thing with my son he wasn’t really talking just gesturing cause he knew i would understand what he wanted. But, once he was in daycare and around more kids that were his age. I saw a huge change in his speech. He’s 4 now gonna be 5 soon and he talks a lot fully now lol. But at times he falls back on the gesturing and wanting me to follow him to show me what he wants.. Daycare/ Child care is a game changer.

After you know the exact calories you’re intaking daily you can intuitively eat. I find that my fitness clients have better success that way. If you know the exact calories your eating then you will know how many calories you’ll need to lose whatever the number of pounds you’re looking to lose.
