Good head up but care home doesn't really pay more like that and they don't pay for breaks. I work in care home and I had to move to NHS last week. My wife too works with the NHS as a nurse and they pay well, about 14 pounds par hour but you can register as a bank nurse and is easier to join bank staff if you are already working with the NHS and you will be paid more like 18 pounds. NHS remains the best ooooo, I feel care home over work people and pay you less still. I have worked there for long.
thank you for the video opeyemi, and please how many years is theatre nursing also please how do I go about it, I like the speciality, I'm in uk already.
@Opeyemi Godis, thanks for this informative video, really appreciate you. Based on the factors you've stated, would you recommend the NHS for an aspiring Research Nurse irrespective of the gender? Thanks for your time
I really hope to work with nhs. I was waiting for their offer when I got a private offer which I accepted before the nhs answered me. It really pained me bcs I've always loved nhs. This video only brings it to light bcs these are the things abt the nhs I like. Really wish I can work there
@@OpeGodis wow you answered promptly. Thank you for the encouragement and for letting me know. But is it easy to switch since I'll have to pay the private before I leave them and I just started work this month or is there a better way
Childcare is the responsibility of the employee not the employer. However, NHS is always very considerate with employees rota in order to help with childcare needs.
I really want to move to UK through this care workers visa but a Nigerian agent billed me ₦3M for certificate of sponsorship alone. I feel this is not right
Hi darling. You will have to look up the hospital online and do your due diligence. I’d advise checking their reviews on google as well. Also, critically assess their offer of employment so you know if you are okay with the terms of employment.

In care homes you do get more for working nights and weekends
Not all care homes dear. Most don’t pay night and weekend enhancement but most pay bank holiday enhancement.
