How can we find our component grade as a private candidate? Like British council sends us the whole subjects grade but not the component grade?
Manal Khan okay so, you gotta email them that youre a private candidate and need your component grades. Theyll ask you for a screenshot of your result/ID/ statement of entry and theyll send you your grades breakups in a few days ☺️

Why did you have 10 subjects in olevels? like as far as I know it doesnt help as universities only consider 8 of them for equivalence.

ok so, it depends on yourself. because chahye college or ya private,parhai end mein khud ne hi karni hoti hai. so if youre someone who can study on their own then sure! and college mein they take around 10months to teach the syllabus where as private mein 3-6mnths. so time matters alot too. at times jaldi mein kuch samaj nahi aata

How did you get your component grade? I also gave my Alevels privately but still dont know where to find my paper breakup report.
Haider Khurshid you have to email British council on their mail and tell them that youre a private candidate and want your component grades! Theyll ask you for a ss of ur online result and then send you your grades within a few working days 😊

Fairy Lights you can become private whenever you like! Just be it 2-3 months before exam session. A level subjects are chosen according to what you wanna pursue in university!

I don't know from which city you belong to but this is not the case here in Karachi. You give separate papers AS and A2.
You take coachings that last upto 8 months, usually starting from August
Otherwise this information was quite handy♥️
Rameen Danish im from lahore and yes we too give separate papers.the thing is that some colleges allow this and some dont. The same thing is with coaching centres. Some centres have sessions that are 3 months, some that are a crash course of 1 month and even some that last upto 6 months! So we cant say that every academy has same session because every academy is different!☺️
