Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Se So Hung
Sun, Moon, Earth, Infinity: All that is in infinity, I am Thee.
Ra means the sun and connecting with that frequency gives you energy.
Ma means the moon and it aligns you with receptivity.
Da is the energy of the Earth, grounding you in your roots.
Sa is Infinity and as you chant this, your energy rises upwards and
outwards drawing in the healing of the Universe. When you chant Sa a second time, you pull the energy of Infinity into you.
Say is a way of honoring the all-encompassing Thou. It is personal,
like a secret name for God. (Universe)
So is the vibration of a merger.
Hung is the Infinite, the vibrating real. It is the essence of creation. (So Hung together means, I am Thou.) The service of cosmic intelligence is within me.

Maa= lune
Daa= terre
Saa= Infini impersonnel
Saa Say= totalité de l'infini
So Ghung= je suis Toi
(Sens personnel de fusion et d'identité dans la totalité de l'infini)
Saa Say - Totalité de l'Infini
(Donc, - sens personnel de la fusion et de l'identité)
Hung - L'infini, vibrant et réel.
Ce mantra puise dans les énergies du soleil, la lune, la terre et l'Esprit Infini pour apporter la guérison profonde.
Il est important de tirer sur le point de nombril puissamment sur ​​les mots et donc Hung.
Notez que le mot Hung n'est pas long et étiré. Au contraire, elle est coupée de force que vous tirez le nombril. Chant un cycle complet de l'ensemble du mantra à chaque respiration.

So Hung (g for the Nasal sound): So means 'That Lord', Hung means living beings. For example, in Guru Granth Sahib Ji is written So Hung Aap Pachaaneai...which means Through the Aap (Guru), Pachaaneai (get to know) that So (the Lord) is in all Hung (living beings).
