padhai ko creative banao---notes banao pictures ke saath........padhne se pahale 5 minute DHYAN kero.....her 3o--4o. minutes mein break lo or 2-3 minute ki vigorous exercise/dance kero....bhojan natural lo( no bakery/processed food )
