5 crore and all you get is a split AC? It should have centralised HVAC. Not luxurious at all
Cramped rooms with no balcony no view.
Lot of hallway/passages/corridors whatever you call it... The design could be so much better. Though the pool is pretty good.

Upper floor was a mess ... And overdone with glass everywhere... I don't know about bglore but I am sure this type of house will suck in North where summers are extremely hot easily reaching 47℃
It's a long passage with bedrooms one after the other..I think could have been planned better

It's a great built. But I don't understand the provision of these balconies. What we expect to see from a balcony is a landscape and not the bedroom of another Villa.

I would say the architecture is nice, but the interiors do not give that luxury feeling like the architecture.

The floor-plan is so sub-par. If I was given room requirements and the same amount of space I could come up with a way better floor plan..and I'm not even an architect! The furniture is also so plain and doesn't match. This place has a lot of potential but I feel like it was definitely wasted. I like the fountains next to the pool though.
it is too 'glassy'...even if you feel like scratching your 'chin'...you will need to the drapes and curtains down for so many partitions...
I wonder how the interior would look in contrast with exterior..During night lighting..

Looks like not much thought was given on the design. Except the master bedroom, all other rooms are quite small. Bathrooms too could have been so much more bigger on a 5400+ sq ft house.
