Same thing with the tunnel bore using essentially troll physics, (the bore somehow keeps moving due a constant ressuply of powered rails) and doesn't stop even though it probably should due to the slow mommentum)
Any of us who understand physics would never have tried this stunt, but the fact that we could technically increase speed indefinitely with the right kind of magic and SU usage is insane. Just imaging having a chain of self-activiating deployers that generate power. No need to run farms to fuel steam, no need for water wheels, honestly, I want to see how far this could go.
@@JamesTDGI imagine it would be an interesting way to generate power, and you would need to get it up to speed, but after that you might have an infinite power source.
I feel the same. I'm educating myself as I'm getting the mod soon... You might be asking "Why not get it right now" well the reason Im getting it later is my old PC broke... It froze during a windows update but by that point I knew I needed a new PC so It didn't really matter
A deployer triggering a hand crank is an interaction that makes sense to be included in the mod, yet no one would ever find unless they were specifically looking for obscure features.
Personally I'll always be a fan of ungodly cogwheel spam for early game RPM boosting myself but if adding a deployer with a hand crank floats your boat I'll not try to take that away from you.
As someone who has never played the Create Mod, and doesn’t understand more than two words of what you say, I do enjoy learning where to install the flux capacitor to power the quantum overdrive.
Thanks! I certainly needed the tips. I'm going entirely off of the pondering screens, so I had a hell of a time doing something as relatively easy as making brass to make a crusher
Something that should have been mentioned is that higher speeds take up more SUs. Yeah, a lot of people know that, but still useful (and related) nonetheless.
fun fact: you can use 8 deployers glued on a mechanical bearing on top of a vertical gearbox and 2 gearboxes on each side with 4 hand cranks on the side of those to make a perpetual motion machine that outputs more power than it takes
I actually really like the idea of having output-handcrank to be used near different sections of a factory purely to demonstrate the rotational speed used by that section.
With the ACG you can even control the rotation, if you use a lever it doubles, but if you regulate the redstone, there is the create lever itself that works like a dimmer you can control the rotation.
I go through engineering school and learn all this stuff about gears. Papers, books, lectures and people out here just making up new terms to describe gear ratios.
Create tip : By adding Immersive Engineering and the addon petroleum, you can now have unlimited fuel to blaze burners, and IE is highly compatible with Create by default making IE very useful in lots of builds.
I’ve only just started using create recently and I just was completely unaware that you can input on the bottom of a speed controller, I always input on the cog wheel 😭
No? It only shows how much se 1 water wheel makes. So if you have two small water wheels and if you have goggles on, it may show 256 but that's just because you are looking at the 1 water wheel when in actuality, you have 512 su.

It's pretty goofy lol, definitely better options once you have brass but in some packs you can get deployers early

The deployer is not an early game block.
And speeding up is possible using much less brass.

the overflux capacitor
Here's all you need to know about Create: Hehe cogwheel go spin.
You totally should play the create mod. It looks much more complicated than it is.
Ah, yes, Create: Thermal Expansion.

Something you forgot to add is that you can use an analog lever on the adjustable chain drive to get a ratio that is less than 2:1.

it is not very efficient
A deployer can replicate any player click interaction

@@nighthunter3039 that can be done with a single water wheel

You know, I told myself that I won't start another Create-based world and now I see your channel and want nothing more.
you can also rotate the gear on top of the rotational speed controller with the wrench
can you pls cover "create: broken bad"
its a breaking bad modpack that allows you to use the create mod to make "special substances".
no way bro put the rotation speed controller at 129 rpm instead of 128
this modpack is so much fun when u get it. but i cant play it cuz my game keeps crashing.
The waterwheel can be mor efficiant if you replace the chaindrive with two cogwheels
Lmao the deployer on the hand crank is peak troll physics, I love it.
ACGs can get more compact than standard gear ratios if you turn the chains
I thought you had to input to the large cogwheel for some reason. It will really help now that I know you can do both.
I go through engineering school and learn all this stuff about gears. Papers, books, lectures and people out here just making up new terms to describe gear ratios.
With boilers, make an extra steam engine which will power the water pumps. Works like a charm every time.
