Hi. How can we bake without oven! Tried idly cooker (basement with salt) but biscuits got burnt. Any suggestions pls! Thanks in advance.
I have shown stove-top baking in this same video.. The stove should be in sim.. Also, timing may vary.. U have to check often and take out before burning..

Can I add ghee instead of butter
Yes you can add.. But it will be ghee biscuits :) The taste of butter biscuit and ghee biscuit will be different.. If you like the flavor of ghee, you shall very well go for it..
Whole-wheat shortbread cookies
Coconut sugar - 50g, powdered (or cane sugar or jaggery) 1/4 cup
Butter - 100g, softened (1/2 cup)
Whole-wheat flour - 150g (1 cup)
Salt - a pinch
Cream butter for ~ 3 mins
Add finely powdered sugar and whisk again for 2 mins.
Sift in whole-wheat flour and mix to combine gently.
Roll out into 1/4" thickness, cut out.
Bake at 180°C for 10-12 mins or till the bottom is golden brown.
