Nice information Kunal. It would be great if you could walk us through more spices. Why we use, what we use. From the perspective of sort of flavour, acidity, alkalinity or other reasons involved. The actual utility of spices in Indian food is really a rare knowledge on TH-cam to come across.
Thank you sir very informative. It's quite amazing they actually come from the same tree & fruit, we learn something new everyday. Love & blessing's to u

This spice is amazing in it's aroma n can't do without it in gravies (v tho can't do without it) Very beneficial to health... Soo many people don't knw Abt it... Helpful video...
Nice to know about the things that i use. Truely saying never knew that both things come from the same fruit. Waiting to see more videos about the Indian spices.
I am from coorg and North Malabar so I have seen it grow in my backyard. Anyway it was nice for people from other parts of India and internationaly. That was a wonderful topic to discuss. We use nutmeg in most of our dishes like cake, chicken mutton most the appams, in sweet pickles and in Malabar birayani it is a must. It is also used in detox as one of the spices along with cinnamon sticks. It washes the stomach and clears gas formation.
