What an amazing couple of days in Georgia. Brian from the Atlanta area was one of the first folks to email me and put together a plan. We initially wanted to go take on Jake and Bull mountain but North Georgia got hit by some serious storms. We took on Windy Gap in Ellijay starting from Mullberry Gap. Tons of fun!

DO IT!! I was out of it for nearly 20 years. Don't make the same mistake I did. Got back in last June. It is a little slow to regain fitness and skills if you haven't been doing something to maintain (road biking, running, hiking, etc) but it will come and you'll have more fun with each passing week.

Hi! I just gotta say your videos are great to watch when the weather here is too bad to go riding. I started racing about a year ago (but I've been riding for years). Once you hit Maryland you need to go to the Frederick Watershed. It is super raw and highly technical with easily the gnarliest rock gardens I've ever ridden. Since you got a kick out of the rocks in Georgia I think the shed would blow you away.

I've been inspired by channel's like yours to make my own riding videos. I haven't made many yet, as spring has just kinda arrived in the northeast and welll we're kinda on lockdown too. That said, I've never been a very creative person, but I find video editing to be kind of relaxing. Not really sure what the hell I'm doing, but it's been a great mental distraction over the past couple of weeks. Great video man, looking forward to when your able to get back on the road again!

Brian, you owe it to yourself to come back to GA before the end of the year. The north GA mountain trails are amazing, but we have some epic parks near the city. (Big Creek, Blankets Creek, Allatoona Creek, Pine Mountain). Please let me know if you need a guide for any of the above or a place to stay and park your van.

I am digging the sleep updates lol!
I have lived all over the United States but never the PNW..
I am currently in Michigan but looking toward Washington, now I lost a hundred pounds also so that helps but my sleep seems affected by climate a TON. humid and warm wasn't good personally... but my point is I think that the climate has a tremendous effect on sleep, so I'm a bit worried about how Washington will fair. Curious if you will have similar data to support it.
