I love when they play this game. But damn it shows how awful the others are at understanding value. If you need something from someone who is locking down your game, that increases the value of what they have that you need. These "but you won't go one to one" arguments are fundamentally wrong. Because a one to one trade would not be a one to one trade. The first monopoly hitting the board puts a timer on when the game ends. Having the power to control that timer is something that's worth at least 500 bucks imo. On top of whatever property trade is needed. In fact, I will literally give the worst player their monopoly just to start that timer. Especially of its a hard property to upgrade and I can squeeze some cash out. This let's me force other trades. It's the biggest thing to control the games until houses run out.
That's why Chilled is so good at this game, he understands at a fundamental level the value of every player's position on the board and is excellent at leveraging both his position and others, even when people are unreasonably wary of him and refuse to trade, he has several ways of introducing new elements to trades such as stakes and freebies to increase the value of his offers. He is also very free with his advice for newer players which, while they often don't see the value of his advice, is still a very good karma thing to do. While I don't generally believe in karma, in monopoly, it is somehow what the player's rolls are based on(I don't know how, but every game I have seen or played has followed this rule), so Chilled being a good player is equal parts the Consultancy(the advice he gives and good conduct he has during games) and the firm(the understanding of the values of each player's position).
Most people don’t get that fundamental logic of trade for some reason, another huge issue is when people get horde mentality and just listen to what other players want instead of actually thinking about how trades can benefit them.
Yeah it's really hard to listen to Junk deny a really fair trade to him cause they aren't good enough and then get uppity when he offers a terrible deal and no one takes it. That like 10 minute back and forth of Chilled trying to show him that he gets nothing but benefit for buying the pink from him in order to prevent light blue and green getting a house each just for him to say "but I can buy that house, I want you to sell those houses" was so damn painful to listen to.
@@dragonwaz to be fair, junks a salesmen irl. I suspect 60% of his obtuseness is intentional. I've seen people do similar things to customers in order to get sales and it works in that environment.
Junk: You made me go bankrupt! Chilled: No, you let someone put you on life support and then I came around and pulled the plug. That line from Chilled was one of the best parts going into the last 25min of the vid.XD
Junks little double red at the start reminded me of my best (luckiest) Monopoly game I have ever played, it was over in around 20-30 minutes. I landed on the first Orange next turn I rolled Snake Eyes to get the second Orange then I rolled a 4 to land on Chance and the card was go back 3 spaces to get the final Orange so by the time I had technically just gone over half the board I had a full Monopoly I built on it immediately with all the money I had left, my friends landed on them so even if they did manage to get a full set they had no money to build, it was a brutal game for them.
He's being neutral, cause yes he wants to win but where's the fun of obsessively winning by force? So his mindset is whatever happens, deal with it based on the situation. Hell he even tries to help them all(in this and all previous vids) yet they won't listen.
@@jeremyhubbard2908 Yea, I kinda hate it sometimes when people say that Chilled is being unreasonable & refuse to trade with him even tho he’s one of the most reasonable people there. I liked this mix of players more cuz they’re more open to trades regardless of how good or bad they are just to cause chaos.
I think if junk had accepted his loss the first time when chilled had no money then chilled would have been forced to deal with the mortgaged properties and probably would have been more likely to die rather than stay in the game and make a random comeback
I always feel bad for Cheesy when he plays. Everyone makes Chilled the villain and tosses him in the corner when he's one of the few with genuine logic, then with his heart of gold, Cheesy helps as much as he can to keep him and others in the game, and winds up going bankrupt himself
Ya it was annoying how Chilled landed on Junk's property and offered to give him pink property in order to pay Junk, so that Chilled's houses wouldn't go to Ray and Thunder and Junk kept thinking say "but he wants the houses" even though Chilled kept trying to explain to Junk that Ray and Thunder had more money for a house auction. Than after Cheesey made the trade with Chilled instead Junkyard asked if the reason he couldn't buy houses was because there was none left.
So my analysis: Junk messed up pretty big early by not taking Chilled's deal of yellow & orange for red. With a red monopoly that early he might have been able to establish moderately quickly and be an immediate front runner in the game. What makes this extra frustrating to realize is that Junk then tries to blast Chilled as a bad trading partner when Cheesy easily secures his own monopoly. Junk tries to frame Chilled as unreasonable for wanting two properties in order to get a monopoly. ....But that's precisely what Cheesy traded away in order to get his, lol Self-inflicted wound by Junk there. (To be fair to Junk, I find the green properties to be trash, so having two of them is almost like more of a curse. But given all the above, I don't know if Junk would even see green as being a bad location or not. ......And even then, they are going to someone who already has brown monopolies, so I guess its more likely that Rhyme could establish a green monopoly. ......But he has basically nothing to trade to Chilled at this stage for it, again, something Junk probably didn't take into consideration haha)
Wow, that was a crazy one. Chilled played his hand as well as he could, got a great monopoly and went super strong early. And then he completely struck out and should have been eliminated. I suppose some things that allowed him to survive as long as he did: - Purple monopolies never got cemented. - Junk's delay from setting up cost him huge and after he took a huge hit of his own, that means reds were never viable. - As mentioned before, green's are damn difficult to build up. Pricey houses, and you have to put them on three places. - Cheesy had the only other threatening monopoly, and went out first. I guess all that combined, and with one heavy dose of delayed good luck allowed Chilled to claw his way back in. I'd be pissed if I was Speedy, lol
I want there to be one time where someone bankrupts Cheesy while he has the bulbs. Cheesy Has this dialogue: Cheesy: Please treasure my sacred item. If I was chilled I wouldn’t wanna play with them , they have stupid logic and reasoning with deal negotiations, they paint him as the bad guy and he’s not even trying to fuck them over. I’m currently at 32:18 and junk is trying to con chilled into giving him a red monopoly for 3 railroads. The stupidest deal offer I’ve heard in a while and junk thinks chilled is stupid for not taking it and is trying to screw him over.
what made this even better for me was, I missed the stream and heard the day after they played, but it sounded like chilled lost. To go into the video thinking chilled lost, and having it come that close then completely turning around and winning was awesome to see. Unexpectedly exceeding/proving expectations wrong about watching something is one of the best experiences since your never prepared for it and its usually a good thing.
There are two things I just don’t understand: 1. Why everyone Chilled plays Monopoly with is so anti-Chilled. 2. Why nobody seems to understand what future value is. All Chilled’s trades seems beyond fair. Most of the time, people don’t take them simply to screw him over-which, ultimately, screws **THEM** over. Just because someone is good at a game doesn’t mean everyone has to collectively work together to screw them over. That’s bad sportsmanship. Like, don’t get me wrong, I like Junk a lot, but I hate how salty he is in Monopoly. Same with Kara and Platy. And, trade value isn’t as simple as what’s listed as the dollar amount. Junk wanted a red monopoly in return for just an orange. Red hits harder, and he still had to bargain with Speedy. Accepting that deal would be nothing short of pure insanity-which is why Chilled wanted more. I still like in the Monopoly Nightmare video, he offered the reverse deal of what he offered Platy and Platy was stunned speechless. It was hilarious and exposed his hypocrisy-the fact he just didn’t want Chilled to benefit at all. All of that said, you **CLEARLY** didn’t settle for just being *king* of Monopoly this game, lol.
Man people can never give Chilled crap for unfair trades again after seeing how damn stilted and self serving Junk's proposals are. They're hilarious. Asks for the whole kingdom and offers peanuts for it lol.
"Man people can never give Chilled crap for unfair trades again after" This is said so much after every game in the past year. Yet nobody that plays with him, takes that into consideration.

"the wheelbarrow is faster than the racist. i mean the race car" i love cheesy
that is true
I both hate and love, chilled trying to reason with these people. Even when he’s objectively being a decent person.
@@Rashed1255 I was happy from the very start to not see Kara or tay here, the vids are hell otherwise
@@Rashed1255 junkyard was pretty bad at thinking objectively though. He’s a pretty sore loser.
@@aaronbozigian4310 Facts, but its honestly hilarious and relatable at times. What an old coot lmaom
I think if junk had accepted his loss the first time when chilled had no money then chilled would have been forced to deal with the mortgaged properties and probably would have been more likely to die rather than stay in the game and make a random comeback
That was amazing. cheesy's begging of the lights to stay on, speedy's willingness, junk's impatience... 10/10 💥
I always feel bad for Cheesy when he plays. Everyone makes Chilled the villain and tosses him in the corner when he's one of the few with genuine logic, then with his heart of gold, Cheesy helps as much as he can to keep him and others in the game, and winds up going bankrupt himself
This game was an emotional Rollercoaster
Also I'm pretty sure junkyards misunderstanding some of the deals extended this game another 45mins lol
So my analysis:
Junk messed up pretty big early by not taking Chilled's deal of yellow & orange for red. With a red monopoly that early he might have been able to establish moderately quickly and be an immediate front runner in the game. What makes this extra frustrating to realize is that Junk then tries to blast Chilled as a bad trading partner when Cheesy easily secures his own monopoly. Junk tries to frame Chilled as unreasonable for wanting two properties in order to get a monopoly. ....But that's precisely what Cheesy traded away in order to get his, lol
Self-inflicted wound by Junk there.
I suppose some things that allowed him to survive as long as he did:
- Purple monopolies never got cemented.
People dont understand that Chilled isn't the villain of monopoly, he's the anime protaganist. Hence, he has plot armor and the script on his side
Wow. What a game. Props to Speedy for being so jovial throughout the entire last half of the game.
I want there to be one time where someone bankrupts Cheesy while he has the bulbs. Cheesy Has this dialogue:
Cheesy: Please treasure my sacred item. It has been with the family for several generations! Do not mortgage it, please!
Person: Of course Cheesy, you will be on our hearts forever
*Cheesy Bankrupts*
Person: What a goddamn one hit wonder. Real old sport over there!
*He immediately mortgages the property*
*Rage ensues from Cheesy*
“No king rules forever my son”
“So cold so dark” ahhh the best cutscene to ever come from WoW

Thanks for the reply though I do like being able to talk to people in the comments from time to time.
Yeah, I have no fucking idea how you went from dead last to winning again. Also, props for immediately realizing that you could do an infinite money glitch in fucking monopoly lol
I think he’s recognized but refused to do it in previous games, always funny to see
Ah the last Monopoly was seven months ago, it is a great game to play and upload, one of my favorites of Chilled, but I can understand why there hasn't been much lately, the salt and rage gets the fans of everyone participating blood boiling.
bro i love the monopoly videos, i play the game almost exactly like chilled just discount we have chilled at home version so it’s so fun to watch him play. also i love how chill the game was this time compared to last. chilled props to thinking out hard who to play with to keep the game chill i know you put a lot of effort into that from watching your stream before the game.
How does Chilled still convince people to play Monopoly with him?
Idk the last monopoly was a while ago I missed it
Gives them time to forget
Sunk cost fallacy?
If I was chilled I wouldn’t wanna play with them , they have stupid logic and reasoning with deal negotiations, they paint him as the bad guy and he’s not even trying to fuck them over. I’m currently at 32:18 and junk is trying to con chilled into giving him a red monopoly for 3 railroads. The stupidest deal offer I’ve heard in a while and junk thinks chilled is stupid for not taking it and is trying to screw him over.
I feel like this is chilled’s biggest comeback yet, the title had me worried 😂
what made this even better for me was, I missed the stream and heard the day after they played, but it sounded like chilled lost. To go into the video thinking chilled lost, and having it come that close then completely turning around and winning was awesome to see. Unexpectedly exceeding/proving expectations wrong about watching something is one of the best experiences since your never prepared for it and its usually a good thing.
There are two things I just don’t understand:
Because Chilled is so good at the game and everyone seems much worse at it and everyone is very aware of that.
Man people can never give Chilled crap for unfair trades again after seeing how damn stilted and self serving Junk's proposals are. They're hilarious.
Asks for the whole kingdom and offers peanuts for it lol.
"Man people can never give Chilled crap for unfair trades again after"
This is said so much after every game in the past year.
Yet nobody that plays with him, takes that into consideration.
In all seriousness, this was one of the most incredible gaming feats that I have ever witnessed.
Wowzers this game was amazing. Junk bankrupting was justice served when he overpaid for the house just because he could at the moment lol. Speedy and chilled showdown was very fun to watch as well.
Ngl, junk's lack of critical thinking when it comes to monopoly is killing me :)
Hey Chilled, just wanted to let you know, far cry and rainbow six siege have an update available.
We need smarty to dethrone the king.
The king of stupidity yet ruler of the RNG🤣
Smarty the dark blue, utility and railroad baron king.
Idk man after this comeback I think chilled has put some points into his luck stat
I'm just gonna comment 3:11:29 so I can replay that pure panic for my own enjoyment
i love how there's advanced monopoly strats in chilled comment sections whereas when like the game grumps or grizzy/smii7y crews play it there's shit like "you press the a button to add money to a trade"
That RNG tho. 4 turns and everyone still passed when mathematically they had a higher chance of landing on the oranges.
I cant believe I'm about to watch 3 hours of monopoly lmao, gotta love chilled
The salt coming from junk was enough for my fries
If u somehow read this, then thank you.
Ive been a long time viewer, ever since u started making toribash videos, if not even before that. And it was today when i went to bed while watching this video when i realized just how far you've come, and how utterly bored i would be if i didnt have something so great to watch. Your content is always so fun, i love the group that has built up over the years, specially you and ze. I dont care if your channel might not be as big as the one before, for me your honestly the best. Please keep having more fun with everybody. Thank you.
I absolutely love these monopoly videos. Always a joy to see you overcome so much adversity.
Does this guy every lose in Monopoly like every time he almost loses he wins. It's like he has plot armor in Monopoly
I have yet to see him upload a single game where he lost
He hasn't lost a game of monopoly in 2(+?) Years
IDK if he's lost on this channel. But he's lost a number of times on the original one.
He has not lost in 2to3 years but he has lost its just rare
@@Schinak older videos he has lost in them, but he hasn't lost im AGES.
No spoilers, but this was my favorite Monopoly video yet. And it caused me to stay up later than I should have.
It's absurd how Chilled was on the verge of being the first one out and then somehow stabilized and was able to come back from the hands of defeat.
Ngl, junk frustrated me in this video. I like him and his banter in everything else they play together but chilled was trying to explain things and junk sometimes just refused to listen or just kept telling chilled to shut up. I know its banter and they're still friends but it was frustrating hearing the way Junk was talking to others this time around.
I think it had something to do with Junk being just absolutely sloshed by the end. He clearly wasn't thinking clearly by that point.
He'd gone senile, it happens when your grandpa of the group.
He just complained and it was annoying. When you’re out of the game, you shouldn’t have a say. He genuinely did anything to not bankrupt to chilled
I avoided watching this for so long because I couldn't fathom chilled losing without smarty being present and now that I've watched im completely convinced chilled is the monopoly man in the flesh nothing can disprove this
This is practice and a warning to Ray if he ever wants to challenge Chilled at Monopoly again
This was my first monopoly video to watch
And this the third time watching it after watching most of the old videos i never thought i would appreciate people playing normally lol
Definitely my favourite and would come back to watch it again ❤
Great group
Let's just give the thumbnail artist a round of applause. 💙🔥
Chilled thumbnail artist is so good! Love every one of the thumbnails.
Junk is almost as toxic as Kara in monopoly.
Can we also take a moment to appreciate the game time being EXACTLY 3 hours and 30 minutes on the victory screen?
Speedy saying “Feed me” is such a mood.
Man! The night I decide to go to bed early and he uploads. Apologies for my faithlessness, but starting a long weekend with a Monopoly comeback is top tier.
Even though it's just the brown spaces, that 19-20 minute monopoly was dummy fast.
I love how chilled was in a loop hole and could have made all the money he wanted at 3:00:00 by selling and auctioning the houses on red over and over, it would have cost him 67 to buy a house and gain 120 by selling it
didn't smarty also won from a comeback with the dark blues and sometimes the railroads... its like smarty's signature move against chilled.... this sounds like chilled took some of that smarty's dumb luck with his crazy decisions....
Hour in and I'm like "this one's nearly over must be playing 2 games..."
Always love watching chilled playing monopoly and he makes the most fair deals and what they come up with just insane. Smh
Maybe I suck at Monopoly, but I'd take a fair few of Chilled's suggested trades in a heartbeat.
Just a rule clearup. RAILROADS. If you own 2 or 3 or 4, but 1 is mortgaged and someone lands on the unmortgaged one, it still stacks. You still own 2 or 3 or 4. And it still follows suit.
Says on the card
I cannot believe chilled managed to come back from that that was insane
Junk has such immense "I'm the main character" energy. I remembered it was bad, but watching these again I'm shocked all over again.
I love watching chilled play monopoly it's one of my favorite games but I hate these petty plays they do against him
god this game is a breath of fresh air; best game of monopoly in a while!
Ups and downs, wild comebacks, fun deals, not too much colluding, 10/10
What a game!, honestly I had given up on chilled winning aswell, wow!
Mathematically, orange is actually the best color set. It's kinda funny that it showed true at the end.
Junk malded me, everyone else felt like they were playing for themselves when they wouldn't trade but Junk felt like he was playing specifically against Chilled and wouldn't do anything that could possibly help him
Once people started trading money so Chilled could keep his houses I knew that was the mistake.
Do not pity the one who calls himself king!
it wasnt pity, it was so the houses didnt go to someone whos property hit harder. chilleds property could hurt you, but everyone elses could kill and cheesy recognized that and tried to stop it from happening
Why is watching the gears turn in Junks head always so funny?!?
I've been waiting for the infinite money strategy to come up one day, I'm glad he saw the opportunity.
Cheesy is 100 percent the mvp of the game trading with chilled
"At long last. No king rules forever my son."
Weird, didn't see myself when the friends list was opened... must have when my internet was out briefly or something. Yay small town internet...
Glad to see monopoly again though Chilled, it has been a while!
So glad I didn't check the comments before finishing the game. I really thought Chilled was toast, but this was an amazing comeback. He even paid off the money he "printed" so no one could question his victory.
1:08:13 This is how monopoly is supposed to be played.
If there's anything that I have learned from this video, it's that
"CHILLED HAS NEVER LOST A GAME OF MONOPOLY"
~Junkyard 2021
xD
I cannot believe the comeback on this one. I thought for sure Speedy was gonna take it. This will go down in Monopoly history 🤣
Poor fuckin Cheesy honestly. He was probably being the most cooperative and friendly and he was the first one out.
This was a hell of a game, it was a rollercoaster of emotion
Watching this back, Junk starts being belligerent so damn early. He starts telling Chilled to shut up before they'd played even 10 minutes.
C'mon man you're better than this. Get some manners.
Anyone notice how they said he specifically got this group so they wouldn't be a whole lot of colluding...kinda sad that that needs to be a thing
Chilleds Monopoly games make me laugh so hard. This is the content I love
This was an emotional rollercoaster of a video
I always forget that chilled knows so many people that rhyme is in the video I thought it was someone else at first.
The monopoly videos are my favorite. Wish we got them more often but can see how they’d be exhausting haha
Junkyard is triggering my ptsd from trying to explain a board games rules to my elderly parents hahah
