I listen to kundiman in a very very low volume. One earphone lang so I can still hear myself while orally reading. Pwede rin po yung meditation sounds as yt na hours ang duration. But very very low volume lang. :D
Atty.! Ano pong brand ng earplug yung mairerecommend nyo? Nadidistract po kasi ako lalu na kapag malakas yung TV namin. Nawala po yung remote kaya 'di na ma-iadjust yung volume. Lubog na rin yung mga buttons nung TV😆

I listen to kundiman in a very very low volume. One earphone lang so I can still hear myself while orally reading. Pwede rin po yung meditation sounds as yt na hours ang duration. But very very low volume lang. :D
