Very good video as usual, thank you! I noticed you used a vlookup formula in one of your examples, have you tried using the new xlookup? It's much more powerful and solves the problem of column numbers changing and only being able to search values in the first column of the array.

Do you want to convert paper data to Excel? Try Data from Picture. However, it will not work with handwritten data. Let me know more details, then I can provide a more specific answer.
No, I mean to collect qualitative and quantitative data one-to-one from the respondent and enter it in the application for statistical analysis. Sometimes it can be that respondent will find it easier to post the responses.@@efficiency365

Use MS Forms if it is ONE response per respondent. Use Lists if it is multiple.

It does not work for different sheets. The source of the list validation needs to be in the same sheet as the table.
