I saw this review 3 days after receiving my kova pit u shaped sofa from Albany Park. Its a little price but i love the fact the material is durable and is washable too

Have you tried all of them yourself? Thinking between the last 2. I really wish there was a warehouse full of modular couches to try, but they seem hard to come by to try myself. Looking for what would be softer between the 2.
We have the Chelsea and we love it. Super comfortable. I have not sat on the Coburn, but heard it's a more "firm" feel. I've sat in the cloud and the Luka, and those are both very comfortable. Hope that helps!

Why are they so expensive? Like... there's no logic to it. I see one By Latitude Run on Wayfair for $1,659, and these in the video look the same and they are 5x the price. What's up with that? God damn... thinking of just making my own. with small tables with a cushion on top.
Thanks for the comment! More and more brands are offering pit couches these days and it can be confusing for consumers. My advice is to look at the dimensions - the pictures on wayfair can sometimes be photoshopped to appear larger than they are (especially true for outdoor furniture). Looking at the dimensions of the couch you sent, it is only 60" deep (two sections deep) whereas the Chelsea is 80. I also recommend checking the number of reviews, the content of the reviews, and any uploaded pictures from customers. This may be a great couch, but I'm also a firm believer in "you get what you pay for", so I would be cautious on the quality. We have the Chelsea, so I can vouch for the quality and size of it. Solid all the way around! Hope that helps. :)
