Ever fished on the Long Island lake
Not Yet Rhys, but I might do a video on there at some point this year 👍🏻
Carp Catch TV do you know anything about that lake I have booked a 24 hr on there any tips ?
When we were doing a video on the folly, the bailiff was telling us about Long Island. He said there are some big fish in there.
As for tips, keep your eyes on the water as much as you can. Then fish to where the fish are showing.

I’ve had some decent fish out of folly last year on one day session I had 8 fish and 6 of them was over 20lb biggest was a 25lb common.. shame about the price of a ticket now the new guys have got it.. silly rules ,stupid prices , full of nobs that don’t no how to fish with there Argos rods..

@@GDJ_R1 ten pegs on a two acre pond is ridiculous. I did enjoy the midweek sessions when hardly anyone on but the weekend was full of tits with no respect for other anglers. My post wasn’t tactical just an opinion pal.. it could be a boss little place if it was ran as a fishery and not a business to make he’s 1.odd million back that he bought the place for

Long Island a decent lake mate
I’m going on folly with my dad next week already been on there stayed till 5 I got and 13 pound common and my dad got a 18 pound common and a 24 pound mirror

What lake would u recommend if I am aiming for decent sized carp on a day ticket
Try fishing on the lake on this video. There’s loads of good size carp in there. It’s called the folly lake at Hampton springs fishery. Thanks
