I know Pleng was clenching her teeth so hard at 6:28! The way her smile quickly disappeared, she was feeling a certain way that definitely plays a part in their first time.
I live for the contrast of these two. Wan says with Pleng back in her life her smile will come back but no one talks about how Pleng’s playfulness is slowly coming back too. They both bring out the best in each other. They are soulmates and when they are together they become complete. 🥹
Especially considering the difference between Wan with & without Pleng. Without her, she is a ballistic missile ready to explode. With her, she’s the same except she only aims to protect Pleng which actually makes her more dangerous.
The hotel scene with EK was uncalled for but is certainly in line with Wan's deep rooted sense of insecurity and resentment. The man whom she never loved and disliked immensely for refusing a divorce & getting in her way of being with Pleng holding the hand of the girl whom she has loved and waited so long for, would be enough to drive her nuts even if it was innocuous. Wan has always behaved irrationally / emotionally when it comes to Pleung, the years of missing her would have made it worse.
Rewatching this and it's still so funny how they never addressed that surprised kiss, almost like it was just a dream for everyone including Pleng. It was real, just felt unreal because of the shock. 🤣
