Matt, you guys do an awesome job on capturing what we do. Not everyone understands that there are a lot of sounds you try to tune down while trying to get the jest of the reality of what is happening. Awesome job editing and with the sound. True professionals, Busted Knuckle Films. First class!!!!
Busted Knuckle Films i meant like no new top no mirrors but looking at it it’s not no where near stock lmao we went to hawk pride the other day and we had a blast met really cool people. loved the cherokee beat down there.
That’s what I tell people on four wheeler rides if you see your in trouble pour the fuel to it most of the time it pulls out of it. Great video brother GOD BLESS
@@BustedKnuckleVideo then how much to raise for you to get a new locker? If I have to, then I'll start supporting cancel culture and start a boycott until the leak is fixed. I wonder how many followers you have on Twitter...haha.
rwills42 we don’t do much on Twitter LOL. I might move the compressor to the back and install a 5 gallon tank to make it less annoying: I just never have time to work on it
@@BustedKnuckleVideo I completely understand. Besides, it's hard to put it on jack stands when it's wheeling so well. Love the videos! Maybe I'll help out and buy some merchandise from you.
some of my favorite trails there! Next time head over to the other side of the park to Whiskey Run, its a blast. Did you figure out the name of the trail with the water holes? Oh and as someone said, merlin is a great one, but take the exit to the left just after the slab, past that point there are a few trees that will 100% crush your A pillar on the passenger side.
Matt u should build u a rock bouncer jeep for the trails instead of messing up your nice jeep just my opinion. I think the wheelbase helps. u could build a jeep crawler with the same wheelbase and put rear steering on it and it would b awesome.
Man that AMC in the CJ and the that LS in the half ton YJ is music to my gears. Those jeeps sound so good. Do you still have the Cherokee from the Cheap Jeep challenge with Bleepin?
Have you replaced the bonded seal inside the locker or just the outside collar seals? Apparently Arb had a ban run and will warranty them. Mine does the same thing but have not gotten around to changing it. They sent them and the collar seals in the kit.
There is a threaded plug in the locker that the first time I took it apart it was laying in the bottom of the diff. I red loctited it and reassembled, Well it did it again and cracked the locker at that spot, so I welded that hole shut so it wouldn't leak and put it back together and it has leaked like this ever since. Before all the air would escape out the diff breather and the locker wouldn't work at all. Now the locker works it just cycles the compressor like this. I might just put a small air tank on it so you hear less compressor. I really don't want to take the whole front axle apart again for a locker that is working.
Matt, I always enjoy your videos. Could you share with me the the brand, model and size of the tires and rims as well as the suspension modifications on your white BNOR JK? Thanks, Luis Toro, Arecibo, Puerto Rico USA
My front ARB air locker leaks. I have fixed it 3 times already and refuse to mess with it again until it fails completely. Since it has a leak my compressor cycles on and off a lot. I should probably just put an air tank in there.
Yeah I got that from the video AMC 360 and 1 tons. I was curious what transmission he has lift and tires I think I heard him saying atlas transfer case
Is it really a jeep if it has Ford diffs ,Chevy engine , King suspension, I mean you could put those parts on an explorer or disco and essentially have the same rig
@@BustedKnuckleVideo And the fact that the (older) manufactures have Dana axles, NP transfer cases and no manufacture has a 100% all sourced parts for for one specific vehicle.
Ground clearance would not be very good with one tons and 40s. I already have Dana 44s and 39s. If I did anything else it would be to go to Fabricated 9" housings but it works so well as is I don't really want to change it.

Great job Matt! The rain seemed to have made the trip more fun! The old JK proves it worth again!

Gotta love that basically stock cj7 keeping up with those highly modified rigs!
"Basically" having swapped in a V8 and 1/2 ton axles. Both JKs were more stock than that.

It has to be longest lived air compressor ever !!
It doesn't get too hot and I only turn the front locker on when I need it.
I got on here to ask if he was ever gonna fix that ARB? again LOL
Alan Walker probably not

good times
Busted Locker Films?
Leaky Locker Films. Stupid ARB....
I'm starting a gofundme for you to fix the leaky ARB. How much we need to raise to get this done?
LMAO, I refuse to pull that ARB out again unless it is to replace it with a new locker or weld that POS into a spool.
At least install a 1 gal tank somewhere so it doesn't run every 5 seconds.

That jeep with the whipple on it sounds mean
Super Chevy the LJ sounds wicked for sure

Was also wondering if altering wheel base would restrict access to your class or fun day ?
Did they put the concrete wall back or is this an older trail ride?
Chanz Smothers they put it back
Hey Matt what is that air compressor pulsing sound , coming from the front end?

Alan Wrobleski good enough to get back to the trailer

Is it really a jeep if it has Ford diffs ,Chevy engine , King suspension, I mean you could put those parts on an explorer or disco and essentially have the same rig
Yes the Body makes the rig just like a Monster truck is still a truck.
Yea, but when the cop pull you over or you have to talk to the insurance guy, you have to remember “it’s just a JEEP”
@@BustedKnuckleVideo Thanks love the channel keep them videos and rigs rolling
MrMrsregor that is the cool thing about jeeps. A hood and grill and you can pass a crawler as a street legal jeep many places 👍
@@BustedKnuckleVideo And the fact that the (older) manufactures have Dana axles, NP transfer cases and no manufacture has a 100% all sourced parts for for one specific vehicle.
How much would like a 2002 wrangler cost to build into a trail rig? Anyone know? I would like to build a capable jeep that can handle it all
best bet is to buy one already built and make it your own
Why does Matts ARB compressor never turn off? that has to be the most annoying thing ever...
because the POS ARB front locker leaks all the time even after fixing it multiple times
2 door or 4 door Jeep more capable?
depends on the trail
