You made way more work for yourself. Looks good though. I sand with 320 only and then polish. Saves a ton of time, of course I do it for a living so 6 hours won't pay the bills lol
@AwesomeFinish do you have a shop where you do this? I have a procharger that I'd like to have polished, how much do you charge and where are you located?
Wouldn’t it be better to just sand blast it with brown aluminum oxide followed by a polish on a wheel and another sand blast but with glass beads . And voila ? Done in 30 mins tops ..

Oh that definitely sounds like the way! Yeah had no directions on how to do that lol

What are you doing with the 320? Have it on a wheel? Just hand sanding? What's your way?
Came for how to polish a turbo. Stayed for the Klimeks.
Thanks for watching me make a mess lol
How long do these polished housings usually last? thinking to do my intake mani and turbo housing
Mine's been holding up with tons of driving since I made this video, touch-up polish once a year
im late but how long did this take you?
This was about 6 hours and could probably cut a couple hours off with a better dremel bit for the tight curves

Yeah I mean the access to equipment would've been great but this was a test for manual labor in a basic garage
