May I suggest you (ask the author to) create a mini version of your favorite deck to travel with? It's easier to keep track of your energy, health if you have a tool to project your state outside..
You need only 1 min a day! (Then you could meditate 2 min to refresh if needed)
When I couldn't check my hemoglobin levels, I used just ten pip/number cards (staves, or wands) and got 7 when I was 7.5 a little later at the 🏥, 1 when I was 11.1 (11 went back to 1 because I expected only up to 10)!

What assets did you invest in and how did you achieve so much within a year?
