Both Toyota and Lancia started the '92 season with new cars. Lancia's Auriol, Kankkunen and Bugalski got refurbished Delta HF Integrales, Toyota's Sainz, Schwarz and Alen debuted beautiful Celica ST185. Although Ford and Mitsubishi had their main focus in their upcoming rallycars, Delecour challenged the drivers of the top teams.
