Most beatiful, me and my 2 brothers had one each when young, the seat lifts up at the front with a latch, also the fuel tap and the muffler are not original, but just by looking at it one can tell is a well cared motorcycle.
Superb to see you ride a Rare and Superb bike Peter. How did you feel the switch from right to left foot? NSUs were so well built i guess that there were no need to check the oil returning haa?? 😁 Having said that the good old British bikes are reliable too. I guess its all about the design philosophy. It was nice to ride something different , I have modern bikes as well a good old Brits so I am used to switching from right to left , most of the time.
Lovely littel bike from NSU. Had the eccentric overhead cam drive unless I'm mistaken. Lovely quiet motor.
