This is going to be my first reverb pedal. Looks like it may also be the best one 😁. Thank you very much for sharing. Fantastic job all around.

This pedal seems to have all bases covered and more. I have two pedals on my wish list. One is a Strymon and the other is called Joshua and recreates a U2 type delay. This pedal seems to do both jobs. Plus, I like the idea of having a foot switch to control when you are able to add swell. If you can produce this at a competitive price, this is going to be a winner (given the right commercial push).

That's high praise! I'm a hobbyist and I build to suit my own tastes and needs...of course, I'm glad to sell a PCB (or maybe a completed build) to others who are interested!
Both the pedals you mentioned have features that The Troglodyte does not. The Strymon is midi capable and can do presets. The Joshua has tap tempo. The Troglogyte is more analog than the other two and so capable of a little more chaos. This will appeal to some and not to others.

@@Aleph_Null_Audio Thanks for the reply. Tap tempo would be a game changer for our lead guitarist. Having to fiddle with knobs between songs, at a gig, would not be his idea of fun. I work mostly from my home studio, so that would not be as big an issue for me. I still use MIDI like in the 90s simply for connecting synths to controllers (Yamaha Wind Controller, etc) I have not used it with a DAW. In fact I have had bad luck with DAWS having found the learning curves with the demos I have tried far too steep. I used early DAWs such as Voyetra and Cakewalk back in the 90s and they were so intuitive. Now even simple things seem to have become far too complex in modern DAWs, partly due, I suppose to features added that I would probably never use.
I live in Catalunya, so if you are based in the US, that would probably count me out from purchasing a pedal from you. Import duties and other customs hassles act like tariffs, despite there not being official tariffs between the EU and the US... in theory.

@@berniarmstrong - I am based in the states. Being a very small builder, the import duties and shipping would probably take the cost from competitive to too expensive. That said, if you find yourself stuck in this reverb, we could try and make it work.
