That is his only source and in the TI ranking, the Uk is in 12th position out of 180 countries, even better than Estonia. This is not a very through source specially for anti money laundering meassures and supervision. The FATF Financial Action Task Force of the UN is a much more rigorus source, and according to the 2018 meeting of this UN organization, the Uk has a robust AML system in place but needs to strengthen its supervision, given that it is the world´s largest financial center.

Look for yourself . I count 850000000000 bank bailout corruption as absolutely zero trickle down.
Inform yourself. It doesn't take much. LOOK AT LAWS and legislations that allow the rich to invest and constantly move money abroad. I knew a lawyer who actually simply did that all day every day. I once asked, if they could help me do something similar with my savings... I assumed the law was the same for everyone. This person looked away, and NEVER mentioned what they did at the office ever again.
Just look at the laws in place in the UK. Accusing the EU that they wanted to run the UK was a facade. They wanted to protect corporate and dictatorial laws still in place today in the UK. For instance, this is the only 'first world' country where if they take your fingerprint, the police will keep them until you die! That's why the UK needed to leave the EU to keep these laws in place. Again, anyway, there's no country in the world where politicians don't murder their own people one way or another.
