This game has the laziest death screens and it's saying something when NightFire PC is as broken as it is with the worst blood effect ever. It's just the standard CoD blurry screen with the gunbarrel filter. Even 007 Legends has actual animations.
It’s a flash back to the scene where he got drugged in Casino Royals. You basically are drunk in that level and need to get to certain checkpoints in time; otherwise you die from what is presumably a drug overdose.
