Touch of Malice also gives full regen on multikills (if you get damaged during the regen it will stop healing)

As they mentioned in their recent notes, it is not an intentional nerf, and they will address it in the next update.

Yeah, DMG has also said that they may move goal posts in terms of what's over achieving in the sandbox too but need to wait and see how it plays out

Good shout although on expert Nether running in with an SMG may not be the best idea
