This is one, but you can replace the dagger for the club of the Motherdemon with Apex predator to deal more poison damage. However a poison build that is good would be full Broodmother armor and club of the Motherdemon, (most Trinkets work well but the Widowling Trinket or thors pendent work fine) the for Perks, mom genes for poison damage, Apex predator for the club to deal more damage, coup de grass and trapper peeper for damage, and cardio fan for stamina regen.

It's good to see that this classic build isn't unviable, I guess a lot of builds like that still are

Full widow is better
