great vid alan. wish this pricing for this TB was the same in 89138. TB makes great mesa ridge/Ascenscion floor plans but the cost is ^^^^. This hoa is quite ridic for location. Is it guard gated? if someone doesnt install upper cabinets in kitchen, what can they do to help fill that space? tile? what have you seen done? I hate when TB does this type of master shower design. its claustrophobic and you cannot see whose coming in. Mesa ridge had some really cool walk through shower designs other than this one.
Thank you Jimmy. This community is double gated with the first gate eventually being guard-gated. Without the upper cabinets in the kitchen, it will be difficult to fill in that upper space. Tiling a full height splash to the ceiling will be extremely expensive but is an option.
Nice home. But why did they build the fireplace on the left side of the Great Room instead of the center? It screws up the feng shui/symmetry of the room.
Extremely awkward to have a half height fireplace with windows above it. Just take it fully up to the ceiling. And if you're going to have a kitchen with 16' ceilings, you at least need to double stack your cabinets. As is it looks very bizarre. Very cheap tile used in the walk in owner's shower. And where's the handheld wand? Come on Toll Bros, this isn't hard.
Very nice house and priced pretty well. Alan, did you notice all the bugs on the side of the house? I noticed this when I toured LLV homes... is it the proximity to the water that makes for more insects than other areas of Vegas? Also worth noting that it gets hotter there than most of Vegas. Sunshine lovers, rejoice.
I didn't notice much bugs but during the summer, there are usually more bugs in LLV. If the home is right next to the water, there may be mosquitoes if there isn't much water movement.
Please please! Quit showing the home before you show the home! You spend so much time showing the home before the home tour starts! We’ve seen it already and don’t need to watch because of that!
highly disagree. I really enjoy that he does this, because a lot of homes I dont want to spend 10 mins watching. his drone footage, and quick clips, get you the information you need asap, and if it peaks your interest, then you can watch the whole thing, as I did with this specific house. Alan, dont listen to this window shopper.

This has good bones. I need to check out Arizona and Dal tile.

I like to show cinematics of the home so the viewer can choose whether or not to continue watching for actual details of the home.
