Babolat continued to sell the Pure Control under the name Pure Strike VS using the Pure Strike v2 paint job. The most recent Pure Strike VS (the 97 under the grey and red cosmetic) was a brand new mold, and marked the official end of the Pure Control line. Those looking for Pure Controls can find the last generation painted as Pure Strike v2 paint jobs (Pure Strike VS nearly all white frame) as used frames for reasonable cost. Cam Norrie actually uses the Pure Control painted as the Pure Strike.
Oooft! What did I just watch? Profoundly awkward commentary, segues and a slightly agitated undercurrent throughout! Review should be retitled to ‘Pure Beef’ 2024
Loved the ad at the end! Classic McEnroe!
The first five minutes was so awkward 😬
Looking forward to hitting this one!
Does P stand for control in the racket-verse? Prostaff, Pure Strike, Prestige, and Percept.
Hello, could you compare the previous and new version of the strike racket 16x19?
Your comments are valuable 🙏
String and tension please.
And would you change string or tension and in what way to improve playability .
Thank you
where is your shop
Dude, that McEnroe attire looks amazing on you. .
Do you recommend this or wilson blade v9?
I use leather grips all the time and I live in Las Vegas
I like your reviews but please, they’de be much better and tell more if you also focused on performance on serves, slices and returns. 50% is missing…
I suspect there's a reason why Harry doesn't show his serves and volleys...
Very good looking racket. If it was not for all the bad reviews I would have demoed it before buying the Yonex percept.
i havent seen anything but good reviews.
What’s up with coach Chris and the shade lately and disrespect lol 7:00 7:45
He knows what a moron Harry is.
How does this new PS97 compared to the Pure Strike VS?
and the intro was soooo awkward...
This is the replacement of the VS, basically the same mould but flex fibres added in the layup
@@bengray5013Does this mean the PS97Gen4 flex more than the VS? Plays softer, more muted?
@@ckboon70 I'm not sure, as it depends on where the flex fibres are placed within the frame, but i think it's around the same RA
Gimme a C for Ching is crazy 😂
A quick Q: What is Coach Chris’ preferred / go to racquet? I thought he was a Babolat guy….(?)
Pure Control 95+ is the best & thinnest babolat ive ever tried...Reject modernity, Embrace tradition
Unfortunately they got rid of the Pure Control line. I think that might have been perfect for me looking at the specs.

@@geoffchriste1703 Good and correct info! Highly unusual for this channel and comment sections associated with it. 👋
I was so confused when I went to the Tennis Spin channel and the subscribe button wasn’t hit…
Im sad they killed the VS
This is the VS

You just don't need the finishing tape when you put on the overgrip like this. The glued end of the overgrip will hold it on.
I hate leather grips
This is just a repaint of the 2021 Pure Strike VS...nothing new there.
These two don't seem to understand that fact, they act as if this is a brand new addition to the Pure Strike line 😅.
Same mould as the previous VS but has the added flex fibres in the layup.
Time for a new intro. Getting extremely old.
Therer is nothing to fly up,, paint on the line is painted in,,, nothing will fly up
