One of the most fun moments I had lately is when we all piled on atva and Matvs and pushed the point on attack invasion but 2 points in they had armor and we couldn’t flank (saxian)
Very well-made video! Sad fact is that on 95% of servers, you have a complete chaos with SLs being completely brain dead or they don’t speak English and stop of all the things, there is no commander or nobody listen to him because he is either brain dead either to picked it only to use the assets.
Light infantry unit is not underrated, it is simply *dogshit*. *1. ATGM vehicles suck.* a) No stabilisation. b) Easy to destroy. c) ATGM operator exposed to enemy fire. d) Delay before the shot. e) Minimal arming distance. f) Second shot needed to finish off enemy armour (sometimes more if it's a tank). *2. Light attack vehicles suck.* a) Not enough of them to compensate for the lack of APCs and IFVs. b) Easy to destroy. c) Gunner exposed to enemy fire. d) Lack of power in comparison to 25-30mm rounds. e) Overheating f) No smokes. g) Only one type of armament in comparison to most APCs and IFVs. h) Less passenger seats. i) Not fast enough + you will have to slow down anyway since roads aren't perfect. *3. Regular infantry* a) Literally no buffs for the infantry. Better hope your ATs hit their shots before they die. *4. Deployable ATGMs are dogshit.* a) Too costly b) Difficult to relocate. c) Often have limited view or too exposed. d) Second shot needed to finish off enemy armour (sometimes more if it's a tank). e) Minimal arming distance. f) Delay before the shot. g) Second ATGM is also expensive as shit and has the same issues as the first ATGM. *5. Long ahh wait for the only MBT.* Tank, motorised, mechanised, and combined arms units are simply better than light infantry unit on any day of the week
Quadbike spam and rally resetting is super effective at taking out enemy radios. Doesn't matter if the enemies have superior armor if they can't hold any caps :)
@@Medietic4 I like this suggestion, but I don't think it's really that special. You can achieve more or less the same results by using transport trucks/light attack vehicles in other unit types
His point does try to directly acknowledge those short comings with the advantage of speed and maneuverability which on a team prepared to engage in difficult terrain (light Vic’s have better torque and uphill speed) you can gain key choke points on some maps very easily and shut any Enemy attack down. I.e skorpo lashkar valley maybe anvil.
Mobile ATGMs have three important benefits over a stationary one: 1. Enemies cannot use your ATGM 2. Mobile ATGM can get in position very quickly and with a low profile, meaning surprising the enemy. 3. The logistics of the TOW become simpler to manage.
Great video! I feel like the light vic ATGMs are fairly underestimated.
Thank you! I agree!!
fire song in the intro
thanks homie!

Thank you! Often times you have goofy SLs, which sucks because I think it's a useful unit that has a good purpose and plenty of abilities!
it really depends on the skill of the team you get, a really good insurgent team even on RAAS might win againts something like pla heavy armored.
100%.. I often weigh previous rounds as a part of my voting process.
The Quad bikes are so damn strong. I love playing this Unit for the Americans.
100%!! Need more!
I enjoy the Armored, Mechanized, and Logi units the most.
I do enjoy a good light infantry swarm on occasion though.
Ooo I like the strategic icon animations! 👍
Thank you!!!!
I wish I could run this game
