Ugh, I feel your frustration regarding Coach's quality control. They really need to do better. I purchased a Rogue 25 and it had a tiny stain, you can barely see it so I decided to keep it. But it's really annoying. That Ruby 18 bag is really cute though.
Yeah there's been a lot going on lately that we definitely need to address. I feel that with the pandemic they had to use other manufacturing plants and it just isn't it.
Such a cute satchel! I have had the same experience with scratches and glue. If I can't buy from a brick and mortar Coach boutique in person, I will ALWAYS buy my Coach bags online from Dillard's, Macy's, Nordstrom, etc. I often receive my Coach bags from coach stockists in factory wrapping and their customer service is far superior. I have given up ordering from coach online. It's so bizarre to me that a bag ordered directly online from the coach boutique in my experience 9 times out of 10 has scratches, dents, scuffs or is an obvious return, and packaged irresponsibly and returns take forever. Their customer service team for their online stores I feel hasn't been empowered by management to adequately resove issues yet the in-person boutiques and SAs are fabulous. There's a real disconnect in quality and experience between the two which I hope is addressed at some point. To me it feels like Coach brick and mortar boutiques are a completely separate company from their online store.
Coach is heading in a great new direction. I feel that they had a supply issue with covid and they tried out new manufactures that definitely didn't work out and Coach got rid of them. I feel like the new stuff coming out is top notch again. It's very hit and miss for me when I deal with online support but luckily since I have great SA's I hardly ever have to do that anymore.

You’d return it because the feet are scuffed? They will eventually get scuffed.
Loving that chain, I have it as well. It just makes any bag.
I know they will eventually get scuffed but it’s like buying a car that’s suppose to be new at a new car price but when you get it it’s used already. I know something will happen to it but I prefer to be the one to do it 😆 the chain is perfect to make any bag that much more fun I love it!

Nice video! Love the pride leather strap. It looks great with so many bags, including vintage bags. Tag is so adorable. I like the Ruby, but have been waiting bc of the quality issues. I will have to just enjoy my Butterscotch/Exotic Rogue Satchel for now. TFS.
