I saw Sam Ramey as Mefistofeles (Gounod and Boito) at NYCOpera. And I saw Jerry Hadley at the City Opera and Met many times. They were staggering good.
Wow Hadley so artistic. No fake covering just pure sound
there are too many fake covering, Jerry is the straight up guy.
The more I listen to Jerry - the more he impresses me as a great human being. And a great singer
Jerry is pure joy to watch and listen to. But let's acknowledge the wonderful cast here. Samuel is in the house people! Cecilia is delightful and all them working under a magical baton!
