Mark Lewis Francis ran well here. He just seemed to get bulkier as he got older and slower. Such an unfulfilled talent.

I'm just watching this race now, and thats the same thing i'm thinking. He beefed up too much for his running style which was nice and relaxed and never realized that the weight messed him up. Sad.
