when your grailed assassin is so good at making stars that you have to give her starbomb command codes so you get anything back from a turn. (yes, i know what her second skill does.)
when your grailed assassin has skills so good you don't have to use them as anything other than rng skills in case she fails to hit a 70% non-evade roll on her np like 5 times in a row.
she gets a steroid of her very own next year and i'm looking forward to finding out if there's anything worth doing with that. perhaps seeing her do something will be more frequent than annual.
t2 is mathematically possible without the castoria np, which then makes t3 not stupid overkill. would've been nice, but apparently 30% means something happens 9 in 10 times so i did it this way.
