i do have a theory about fyodor's death - as we saw, he refused to take the antidote until he got in the helicopter. why would he do that if he didn't have something planned? he most likely knew he was going to die, so that leaves us with 2 choices - he planned to die, or he never died. could've somehow faked injecting the poison or something else we didn't notice. and then nikolai teleported him out of the helicopter before the crash? not sure if it's the kinda theory you asked for, but could for sure make a point for the plot (i hope it makes sense, my brain shuts down when i write longer things in english)

I really like the video and all but the one thing I’m confused about is why Fukuchi portrayed as a villain (SPOILER) well which he was until the last episode were asagiri pulled a major uno reverse and revealed fukuchi’s plan and from what I’m seeing in the last ep it did go according to plan as his plan was to sacrifice himself to prevent the Great War in 39(?) yrs
I'm not fully able to explain how my thought process was during this video. Fukuchi was portrayed as the villain in front of his other former comrades, because it's easy to see him that way after finding out that he in some kind of way used them for his plan. He killed two of them as well. I made him be rather quiet during the video after they found out who he actually was. But I didn't fully portray him as the villain if you look closely at his reactions. His mindset first was that he had to do everything he can in order to prevent the Great War from happening, that also includes using the people around him. In my video over time where it slowly got closer to his death, he grew a bit more nervous and also showed that he wasn't entirely happy with what was happening, as if he was slowly thinking things through. Then at his death, he knew that he would be over but he also saw how much all his actions had hurt Teruko and his old friend. He wanted to sacrifice himself for good, yes, but he didn't think outside of the box, how many people he would hurt this way.
Near the end when a video showed "The end of the apocalypse" he wasn't happy nor angry. That's the point where he slowly stopped being the villain here. He more of became a bit worried for the future after his death. Also, I want to say, I don't fully know why he is in the Decay of Angels and how he views the other members, but at the ending where Fyodor was shown, he thought a bit differently about what he saw. They might've had a similar goal at first but Fyodor is very powerful and could be a huge threat for Yokohama. He was questioning himself.
A villain doesn't always define what people think about them but how they act as a person. He is still the villain in his former comrades eyes, even when he isn't the villain anymore. In his own way, he is good. But it's better that he died as a villain, rather than dying as the one that had to betray his former comrades and friends, taking many lives, giving the blame to other people and then die for the greater good. He has shown himself as a villain in the anime by using One Order. After Teruko killed him but wanted everyone to know that Fukuzawa did it, it would be seen as the accused terrorist who was accused in the wrong, has killed the villain which would've been a threat to the world. Fukuchi died the exact way how he wanted it to be and also saved the reputation of his old friend and the Agency. (Sorry if this sounds confusing, I'm really bad at explaining)
@@vollmond5133 don’t worry I fully under your reasoning ,and I can see that fukuchi wasn’t all that portrayed as the villain ,it’s just that the fact that fukuchi thinks that he was defeated was sorta false since everything went according to his plan also about fukuchi not thinking outside the box I personally think he did ,he knew that it would hurt other and his comrades and that it has killed people but he was still ready because he wanted to prevent the bigger sacrifice,the Great War .As a man who hates wars fukuchi would definitely choose to prevent the war,honestly ,since he was introduced I was confused about his plans since why would a man who hates wars cause a war himself,until the last ep I did not understand his reasoning but now I do.But honestly I can’t help but be sad that he would die as a villain but then again it was his wish (srry for the essay and if I missed some things😓)
@@a.a8949I fully understand this. I think I might've messed up that line a bit, I'm sorry about that. But also when he wanted that outcome, I guess he can still see himself as getting defeated. Dying a death where he knew where he gave everything he had and then dying a proud death by the hands of his friends, I guess it can still be called defeated, rather than letting himself get killed as a sacrifice. He fought proudly, half to death and then at the time where his energy was at its lowest, he finally died. I hope this makes sense 😅

timeline: years and years later after the war has ended
its been years since Fyodor has died. in that time the helicopter exploded and dazai gave him fyodor's arm and left him alone to grief, nikolai tried to sort the pieces together. his bestfriend, the only person who cared for him has died. 'but isnt that what you wanted all along?' a part of him kept reminding him every time.
as years went by the clown found out what and just how much fyodor meant to him. he was his bestfriend, the only person he cared about. he cared about him so much to the point he went through the trouble and work to make a plan to kill fyodor to free him from his cage of emotions and to set peace in fyodor. he cared. nikolai loved the person he killed. yet he expressed his love in every wrong aspect possible and now he had to deal with the grief. he hated how much human emotions has damaged him. yet what could he do? he is human after all.
the thought of suicide and joining his beloved has entered him mind many times. but he has found an even greater solution. snooping through old record from experimentations on abilities, he found out a document stating that one could unlock the full potential of one's ability.
with that information, he experimented on himself, trying to achieve his goal to unlock the fullest of 'the overcoat' and teleport back into the past to change things.
and he did.
with that, he teleported back into the past and began his plan, exploiting the other nikolai's plan and dazai's plan to kill fyodor. as a finishing touch to get back on his commander that betrayed fyodor (i kinda believed bro was the reason fyodor got stabbed by the vamp in the helicopter ;-;) he placed the hunting dogs in a room, making them watch scenes from the future to change their mind and help change the future as a finishing touch, a little cherry on top (the cherry being his little silly revenge on fukuchi)
