From our perspective, it is essential to present our boats for sale in their current state to ensure complete transparency for our clients. Potential buyers must be aware of the boat's actual condition before scheduling a viewing, preventing unnecessary expenditure of both time and money. This approach underscores our commitment to honesty and customer satisfaction.
@@navigarew In terms of care and technical condition, that's true, but that's why a boat can be tidy. Any good boat broker will have a boat cleaned up.
yes, cleanliness matters, but anyone serious about making real deals knows there's much more to consider. Perhaps for some people, superficiality might suffices, but true experts look beyond the surface. A boat might look perfect on the outside, but if it lacks the specific functionalities or power needed, all that polish and shine are pointless.@@Lilou34650
@@navigarew I don't think you get it! I am a real estate agent and am successful because my expositions are particularly good, the first impression counts. It's clear that details will come later, but the customer has to be interested first. But hey, keep doing your sales ads if you don't want to be successful.
We understand your concerns very well, and we have partially implemented your suggestions. That's what we were trying to emphasize: Boats aren't like houses... unfortunately! There's much more to consider than just appearance and presentation, although those are essentials. If we present a boat in a video that looks better than it is, problems arise when potential buyers visit and realize it doesn't match the video. This can deter them from buying, wasting both their time and ours. Additionally, you should be aware that most boats are listed for sale while the owner is still using them. Asking the seller to remove all personal gear just for a photoshoot is complicated for us, even though it would be ideal. The situation is challenging in that regard. We hope we've been able to transfer our dedication and professionalism, aiming to be your go-to choice when buying or selling boats in the future...
