They are trained to help you but they REALLY DON’T UNDERSTAND how hard it is. I’m in the same situation as you. But! I don’t have my knees yet. I’m still trying to stretch my hip flexors but I’m walking on stubbies with the help of parallel bars. I’d really like to talk to you about your journey if there’s any way at all to help keep. You are KILLING IT in this video! I KNOW HOW HARD THAT IS.

You can do it man! I've recently lost my (left) leg and I am now the proud owner of a 3r80! I know what you're going through brother! Let me know how you go! I'll be watching...

Docs saved my other leg, Hopefully (it's been a year +) I'll be able to put my full weight on it and stand up in another month---and start using my Total Gym. You are an inspiration (and Arnold's motivational talks are a great help also).

Awesome job!! I've been a double AKA for nearly 2 years and I'm no where near the level of skill that you show here. How long did it take you to achieve the skill we see in this video??

Are those like mine? I know I pull the strap to tighten on my liner? I think that's what it's called?? Idk... You make this look easy.. I couldn't do one sit up.. Still can't.. But I'm working on that.. Not giving up.. I got this!! I think I need the stubbie boots?? Cause of my age 56.. One way or another I will walk again. If not here then on streets of gold.. Best of luck to you and yours.. When God is in your life you don't need. Luck.. God is all lucky..

I think this is amazing! however I do not understand how you can learn to walk if you literally can't feel the ground beneath your feet. it blows my mind

That's why they're in therapy and training. Kinda mindblowing if you think about it, these people are amazing.

My husband's stump shakes whenever he stands up. It's like his nerves and muscles are attempting to straighten back up! So, I think it's that the thigh, etc, learns based on its past!
