How did you do this video? I have a fake leg too, and I'm too afraid to lose my balance and fall. I did that once, and I'm scared it will be the same. Any thoughts? Thanks Much, Jeff

Hey Jeff, I’m a right leg aka amputee and I’m still in my first year and the best advice I have for you is 1 don’t be afraid to fall, be prepared to fall and learn how to fall in a controlled fashion. 2 this gentleman in this video obviously is years and years into recovery. Walking as fluidly as he is and with such confidence takes ALOT of time and hard work. My suggestion is if you don’t have forearm crutches, order some, even a cheap set is better than nothing. And two physical therapy, I only took thirty days of physical therapy and I stopped and took over myself but in that thirty days I gained a years worth of confidence and learned a lot of techniques that I can use to further my recovery. Hope this helps.
Oh and if you think I’m some Olympic athlete there’s a few videos on my channel that were just taken like a month ago the most recent one and I’m not even down to one crutch level... yet
Dear TJG 123, Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately we cannot identify the foot prosthetic in the video. However the knee joints can be combined with many prosthetic feet, such as the Triton family. Please keep in mind to speak with your physician/ technician to find the best option for you.
