Do you by chance know if there is a way to have multiple occurrences (multiple rows of data from the response sheet of your form) on one page of the template rather than having a page of repeating the same data from one row?
I am trying to enable the trigger setting by checking "yes", but it is not allowing me. I get the following message: "This action would increase the number of cells in the workbook above the limit of 2000000 cells." What do you recommend?
Can I use this t send multiple records? Example, when a supervisor submits the form, I need the list of all his associates shared with him. Your response will be much appreciated. Best Regards, ZWC
Hello Brent, can you get pictures into the pdf file as well, if you have saved some pictures, where the link to the picture (which are in google drive ) also are in the sheet columns ?
I'm not sure about that one. To my knowledge, I think the link to the picture would be merged and not the actual picture if it was the link that was submitted in the form and then populated in the spreadsheet. But I haven't tried it.
Hi Brent. Great video help. I have a query, how can I create a Document that will summarise more than one response from the SAME PERSON i.e., Multiple submissions from the same email. I teach a class where students are required to submit more than 1 response vis the same google form. I was wondering if Autocrat will automatically update the individual responses within the ONE document (Hope this isn't confusing)
I have never used Autocrat for that and am not sure it's possible. Autocrat merges each time the form is submitted, so that would create a new merged form each time. One possible workaround would be to create multiple input questions on a single Google Form enabling users to potentially enter multiple responses in the same form.
Hey Brent - GREAT explanation. I wonder if you know... is there the possibility of setting autoCrat to initiate a merge function like this to TWO different documents from the SAME form submission? I can see that being useful if you need some of the data in one format and other aspects of the date in another format or page. Thanks in advance for your help - great tutorial!
Hi, Carey! Thanks for the feedback! I haven't ever tried to initiate a merge from two different documents, so I'm not sure if that's possible. Sorry! :(
I've been hard at work for hours on learning autocrat...pretty proud, I'm about 98% there. I'm still struggling with scripting (if I'm using this term correctly) for destination folders...I'm creating a Lesson Plan Review with autocrat. What I've realized however is that 3 admins won't be able to use the same Google form and once you make a copy you loose all the autocrat syncing. Any ideas...
Multiple people can be given access to the same spreadsheet attached to the Google Form. You could also have the Autocrat merge emailed to each of the admins. Just an idea! :)
i am in real estate- i just used this to save me ALOT of time and headaches- cant thank you enough!
Thank you! I simply watched your great video side-by-side with Forms, Sheets and AutoCrat, and followed each step.
You're very welcome, Glen! Glad it helped!

Thank you Brent. I will try this method out. Much appreciated.
Looking forward to having the reports all on the spreadsheet and template. A real timesaver
