I have spent 10years in Infosys and because of family reasons couldn't leave like my friends who switched after 2-3 years. After leaving Infosys I joined a product based companies and feeling so much better here. The sense of responsibility, recognition is so much better than Infosys. I am ryt now getting job offers from various service based companies and i am never gonna turn back to them. It just sucks out energy and pay you in peanuts 😂

Thanks for sharing your video experience. I can relate, having started in a service-based company. Luckily, within two months, I landed a Java project, addressing bugs for 4-5 months. Post-project, I asked to utilize Udemy, learning Spring Boot and microservices, worked on personal projects. Despite my dedication to Java, the RMG manager insisted on Dot Net training due to a lack of Java demand. Now, after 9 months, I'm planning a shift to a product-based or startup environment, recognizing the value of mastering one domain over being a jack of all trades.

Personal project hona jaruri nhi ha but make sure jis tech stack switch kro to uspe kuch kaam kr rakha ho company me ni to kya bologe

Bakwas , m btech se hu.....mene tcs 2021 dec m join kiyatha or dharte h mje development mila vo bhi mere techstack(MERN) pe...even or internal exams k through mera package 3.36 se 8lpa ho gya h in just 1.1 years and will be 12+ when i will clear innovator in which i just want distinction in coding challenge thats it. My many friends got development proj initially , yup many got support too but the ratio is 50-50. So dont misjudge guys. Also development project is awesome in some ious like Google base unit or mckinsey(my experience). Prepare for product base ...but take in mind ...they layoff employees so easily even you are the best...thats not the case with Service based (not for my company). Getting new job is so hard in 2023 ...even iitians are not getting job so tell people wisely.
I wish I had seen this before, its been 6 months now. And exactly cut-to-cut these same things are happening 😥. Kehne ke liye cloud ops, lun fun krte wo pr yhi hi hai, ek dashboard se excel sheet, THATS IT!!!!!!!!!!!......duniya bhr ki training karayi hai hume pr krte wo end mein yhi...isi se hi unka kaaml chalta, pta nhi kya ITIL framework bolte isko.

Hello Ashwani bhai , I can understand all your points but I have a question like in case of switching definitely company will ask what you have done in previous 1,2 years what kind of project( professional) and tech stack you have done there !! How I will handle this topic ... also I can show any personal sort of project there as anyone can understand difference between professional and personal project
That's the difference bhai and few people are able to do that but you are right you should have some exposure

I'm working in cognzant , and same edw kind of track.
Parallaly learning MERN stack, but the problem is work pressure here in cognzant i am learning nothing and I am not interested as well , but I have to present till 9 pm , after that I totally exhaust.
How to continue learning MERN pls suggest some idea, from your experience
You have to manage both things. but one thing you can do which I was doing in cognizant
Have dinner at 8 when we're in the meeting and try to sleep till 10:30 and wake up at 4 or 4:30 to study from 4:30 to 8. I think this will help you

Hi Ramesh I totally agree with what you have said data analyst is a good choice but if you have watched the full video I am talking about data analysts in these companies And there is no such role for fresher in MNC they will assign you domain and train on Informatica, tableau:..etc

Java(core + Advance), spring boot RestAPI, Docker, Postgresql, Reactive API, postman. But I took 5 months to do all this.. But now they have hired interns in 20,000 Rs and They want me to resign bcoz of my poor performance but I believe that I have done good enough wrk as I have never written even a HELO WORLD program in java when i joined this startup cmpny. even I have heard that compny don;t have project right now. But I asked him to not fire me and offered them to cut my salary for 2-3 months now I think they will not fire me. IS THIS A GOOD DECISION? bcoz I wanted atleast 1yr experience certificate
