- Funda is a bride who has no trouble spending money, although her indecisive nature is enough to drive anyone crazy, especially groom Spiro. He doesn't care what wedding planning choices she makes as long as Funda stays within the budget. Frustrated Wedding Planner David Connolly tries to help Funda make firm decisions but finds it hard to make her dreams a reality when she keeps changing her mind.

I think this is the best couple I have ever seen on this series. No fighting, berating, controlling. Prayers for many many years to come of health and happiness.
For real. A lot of the couples are so cringey. I often wonder how they are going to last or how much of the drama was scripted. But this couple I can definitely see so much more respect for each other and makes me question how much was actually faked with the other ones. Altho I'm sure there was definitely some playing up on the drama cuz it's TV ofcourse lol

It is so nice to see your dynamic and fun bickering! I am getting ready for my wedding in June and we have had no disagreements, except for once when I assumed I was in charge of bridesmaid dresses and didn't want them all to wear the same style. It was different to the 1st time where I was responsible for everything and the groom just wanted input on the food and venue (this is my 2nd marriage). My fiance likes to be involved in everything and I am so happy. He can have everything he wants unless there is something I feel particularly strongly about.

Both the couple and their families are compatible and love each other. They spent what they could all collectively afford and give each other. They were not in debt nor going to suffer because of it. It was a one-time for the rest of their lifetimes joyous celebration. I wish the couple a blessed and happy married lifetime together.

Wow! Negative comments. I think they were a lovely couple who seemed very much in love! Their wedding reception was beautiful and very, very tastefully done. Their families contributed a lot to the wedding. Everyone does what's within their budget. This couple obviously had a large budget and it showed. I'm very happy for them and thought their reception was gorgeous!
I think people forget that the producer of these shows wants to show drama and strife to make people watch. Not everything is true. Lol.

This show shows nothing but brides who cannot stick to the budget. It absolutely amazes me how they disregard their man on their views on spending their money or putting them in debt before marriage even starts and that's okay. Then feels terrible and says "no, you can't pay for it" with family and friends. Just makes no sense

I’m so glad they enjoyed their wedding because so many couples can’t because they’re fighting over the money or the in-laws! I would like to ask this couple one year from now or five years from now if they think they would spend all that money again. I know my daughter‘s wedding was not quite this much and they regretted it very much a year later and they definitely regretted it five years later when they realized how much money could’ve gone into a house instead of flowers that were thrown away the next day and so on and so forth. But we did love the cake and the food was well spent. You have to really not get caught up in trying to impress your guest… and keep the budget DOWN, as David said!!!!!!!

This couple seems to be very happy together. I wish them all the best for their future health and happiness. Plus I have never seen such an indecisive bride in my live she makes a choice and then changes it five minutes later.
Tradition usually means mum and dad pay for the bride's dress and bridesmaids dresses and reception and flowers. Then the groom family pay for transport, alchohol , and men's clothes, then honeymoon.

They never say how much the church has to be paid. They don't work for free. Big ones add thousands to the bill. Our church is a gorgeous Gothic cathedral-type that charges at least $2,500 for administrative and pre-marital counseling fees alone. The staff wedding coordinator and standard incidentals are extra. Flowers, candles and special extras cost a fortune. That's for church use only. There's ro reception venue.
